Ensurethepermanent lightmeasurementworkswithadelay of around
fiveminutes to avoidswitching errors.
Attheendofthis period,at the earliest,thelightingwillbeswitchedoff
duetothepermanentlightmeasurementifthe ambient brightness
exceedsthesetbrightnessvalue.
