Before use, read the page on “Safety
instructions”.
Getting to know your oven
Function selector - Fig.
For selecting the ideal cooking method for
your recipe.
Thermostat - Fig.
This lets you set the temperature from
80°C to 250°C or 260°C*.
You can change your settings during
cooking. With grill position*.
Timer* - Fig.
Once you have activated the timer and the
thermostat is switched on, the pilot light or
interior lighting* comes on and the oven is
functioning.
This allows you to set the cooking time
from 0 to 120 minutes.
When the programmed time has finished,
the timer rings and the oven stops
automatically.
You can interrupt cooking at any time by
returning the timer to zero.
For times under 25 minutes, turn the knob
to 30 minutes and then bring it back to the
required time.
On/Off switch* - Fig.
For switching cooking on (I) or off (O).
Interior lighting*
For easy supervision of cooking, your
oven is always lit as soon as it is in
operation (timer or on/off switch
activated).
Pilot on/off light*
This lights up as soon as you activate the
timer or on/off switch.
Reversible 8 position rack - Fig.
You can place the rack at 4 different
heights. By turning it over, you have
4 additional levels.
Refer to the recipes, the position to use is
indicated.
Tips and Features
Choose your bakeware in accordance with
the internal measurements of your oven.
Cooking times may vary depending on
weight, size or thickness as well as initial
temperature of foodstuffs. They can be
changed to suit individual tastes.
5 minutes are enough to reach 240°C so
pre-heating is not necessary.

Before using it for the first
time
Remove stickers.
The packaging is recyclable , but can
be useful for transporting or returning
the oven to an approved service centre.
If your appliance is fitted with a
detachable cord, connect this to the
appliance by pressing the connector in
firmly - Fig.
Clean the oven and accessories with a
damp cloth. Wipe dry.
Run your oven for the first time (EMPTY)
for 15 minutes, at maximum temperature,
to eliminate the smell of newness.
A small amount of smoke may be
produced initially, this is perfectly normal
and will soon disappear.
Maintenance and cleaning
Do not allow grease to build up in the
appliance.
Before any maintenance or cleaning,
disconnect the oven and allow it to cool.
Clean the door - Fig. , inside walls and
enamelled or lacquered surfaces - Fig.
with water and washing-up liquid. Dry.
Do not use harsh cleaning products (such
as caustic soda cleaning compounds), or
scouring sponges, or abrasive pads.
The heating element in the roof folds down
- Fig. .
Never force this in order to manipulate
the roof heater.
Your oven is fitted with a smooth enamel
heating floor - Fig. that you can clean
with water and washing-up liquid.
Wipe the sidewalls with a damp sponge.
All accessories (rack, spit*, tray*) are
cleaned in water with the addition of
detergent or in the dishwasher - Fig.
Oven function
For cooking or reheating meat, fish,
gratins, soufflés, pastries, etc.
Place the rack at the required height

Put the dish containing food in the oven
and close the door - Fig.
Place the function selector on the oven
position* - Fig.
Set the thermostat to the required
temperature - Fig.
Set the timer - Fig. or put the on/off
switch to “I” - Fig.
The oven heats.
Do not put dishes directly onto the
smooth enamel heating floor.
At the end of cooking
If the programmed cooking time has
finished, the oven stops automatically.
Otherwise, return the timer to zero.
Defrost function*
For faster and completely natural
defrosting of your foodstuffs.
Up to 60% time gained compared with
defrosting in the open air.
Put the function selector onto the defrost
position* - Fig.
Put the frozen foods in a dish.
Place it on the rack (level 1).
Close the oven.
Set the timer, defrosting begins - Fig.
Grill or pulsed air grill
function*
Grill function
For browning the tops of dishes or
searing meat.
Put the function selectors - Fig. or
thermostat - Fig. * onto the grill position.
Pre-heat your oven for 5 minutes.
Place food on the rack at the closest
possible level to the grill's heating element.
Put a dish with a little water directly onto
the smooth floor (which does not heat in
grill position), to collect fat or cooking
juices.
Always leave the door partly open.
Set the timer as indicated in your recipe -
Fig. , or turn the on/off switch to “I”*

food that is being grilled.
Pulsed air grill function*
For ending up with juicier meat and
fish = the grill and fan function
simultaneously.
Put the function selector on to the pulsed
air grill position - Fig.
Continue as for the grill function.
Circulating heat function*
For uniform cooking of your meals,
meat and fish.
Place the rack at the required height
- Fig.
Put the function selector on to the
circulating heat position.
Put your food into the oven and close the
door.
Set the thermostat to the temperature
indicated in your recipe - Fig.
Set the timer - Fig.
Cooking begins.
Do not put plates directly on the smooth
enamel floor.
For cooking 2 dishes at the same time
Both dishes must use the same thermostat
setting.
Put the function selector on to the
circulating heat position - Fig.
It is possible to purchase an additional
rack as an accessory. Please call our
Helpline.
Arrange both racks so as to leave enough
space between the dishes for the air to
circulate and give uniform cooking.
Close the oven.
Set the thermostat to the appropriate
temperature for your dishes - Fig.
Set the timer - Fig. , cooking begins.
For a more uniform appearance, turn
your dishes 180° half way through
cooking and change the 2 dishes round
on the racks.
Roasting spit function*
For installing the roasting spit, insert the
spit holder into the holes on the left-hand
sidewall of the oven - Fig.
Slide a fork onto the spit (points inwards)
and screw it in tightly.
Tie meat and poultry before placing on the
spit, then slide the second fork in as far as
possible, points still inwards, so that the
roasting joint is held firmly in place
- Fig.
Unscrew the first fork if necessary in order
to re-centre the joint on the spit and block
both forks.
Pull out the rack and insert a tray at the
bottom of the oven - Fig. (on the floor
which does not heat in the roasting spit
position).
Insert the pointed end of the spit into the
drive opening located on the right-hand
sidewall of the oven and push it in as far
as it will go - Fig.
Position the other end of the spit on the
spit holder - Fig.
Put the function selector on to the roasting
spit position - Fig.
Set the timer - Fig.
Always leave the door partly open.
At the end of cooking
Open the door.
Pull the spit to release it from the axis.
Take the whole unit out of the oven (use
oven gloves).
