A Platform: where the user stands to perform the exercise.

B Lever: operated by the user by means of the roller (C); before starting to exercise, or

between one set and the next, the starting position can be adjusted so as to modify the

range of motion by using the ROM device.

D ROM device: system for adjusting the Range of Motion and the starting position of the

roller (C). Adjustments are made by pulling the knob (L).

E Front handgrip: it is ﬁxed to the frame (O) and does not follow the adjustments of the

central frame (I).

F Weight stack: the lever (B), operated by the user, moves the weights along two guides

by means of a cable. A pin (G) is used for selecting the load, to adjust the exercise effort

level. The cursor (H) is used to vary the selected workload by 2,5 kg.

I Central frame: supports the ROM (D) and the handgrips (M). The position of the central

frame is height-adjustable by pulling knob (N). This adjustment makes it possible to adapt

the height of handgrips (M) and of the roller (C) to the height of the user.

M Handgrips: the user must hold them for increased correctness whilst exercising. They are

height-adjustable, together with the roller (C), by pulling the knob (N).

O Main frame: load-bearing structure of the equipment.

Optional accessories are the wheels (A)

for moving the equipment (A0000015), the

Basic Box service kit (B) (A0000010) and

the number holder (C) (H0000369) to be

assembled between the top and the weight

stack guides.

Warning

There may be only one or two castor

wheels, depending on the type of

equipment.

The number holder must be assembled

immediately underneath the top: standing

facing the equipment, afﬁx the number holder

on the left tube supporting the guide, so that

it is ﬂush with the rubber stop of the guide.

The number holder is divided into two pieces:

the larger section (A) goes on the front, while

the crescent closure (B) goes on the back of

the equipment.

Insert the two screws (M5x6 Z) from the front

of the equipment, mating them with the two

M5 cap nuts at the rear; then lock down using

the appropriate spanners.

All the parts which come into contact with the body are adequately protected with rubber

coverings or padding.

The weight stack is enclosed in protective panels.

Warning

It is important to pay attention to the labels afﬁxed to the equipment, as they

provide information about possible risks and hazards.

Pay particular attention to the parts of the

equipment with labels indicating “DANGER

OF SQUASHING”.

The equipment is supplied partially assembled, protected by cellophane and carton and

secured to a pallet.

The equipment can be lifted and handled using normal lifting machine.

In order to ensure the safety of persons and property, carefully determine the lifting and

handling machine used as a function of the place of installation.

To guarantee safe, comfortable and effective use of the equipment, the place of installation

must comply with certain speciﬁc requirements; in particular, before choosing where to install

the equipment it is recommended to check the following:

- the temperature is between +10°C and +25°C;

- sufﬁcient ventilation to maintain a humidity level between 20% and 90%, when the

equipment is in use;

- the lighting is good enough to make the area safe and relaxing place to exercise in;

- sufﬁcient clearance on all sides of the equipment, taking into account its maximum

dimensions during the movements, necessary for safety reasons;

- a ﬂat, stable and vibration-free ﬂoor surface, with adequate carrying capacity for the

equipment’s weight.

If the equipment is to be installed in a public recreation area, the place of installation must

comply with all binding regulations.

Warning

The equipment must be installed and used in a place whose access and supervision

are speciﬁcally controlled by the owner.
