1. About Your Device

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Your phone has several unique identier numbers that
you may need for activation and other functions. You can
access these numbers as follows:
1. From the Home screen, press the OK Center key.
2. Using the navigation keys go to Settings. Press the
OK Center key.
3. Using the DOWN Navigation key go to About phone.
Press the OK Center key.
4. Using the DOWN Navigation key go to Status. Press the
OK Center Key.
• Serial Number: Scroll to IMEI and press the OK key.
• SIM Number: Scroll to ICCID and press the OK key.
Your SIM number begins with 89. You can also nd your
SIM number on the red Activation card enclosed in the
package or, on the SIM card.

GOOGLE ACCOUNT
You will need to create a Google (Gmail) account to
access Google cloud and other phone features. Once
your account is created, you will have 15GB of storage
linked to your account. If you need more storage space,
you can purchase it directly from Google.
YOUR PHONE
Quick Dial button
The Quick Dial button located on the front of the phone,
just below the camera, allows you to call an emergency
contact by simply pressing it three (3) times quickly. Once
the call is initiated, the phone automatically switches to
hands-free mode so that you do not have to hold it to
your ear.
You must set up your emergency contact and activate
this feature in Settings before you can use the Quick Dial
button.
Screen
The Home screen displays the current time and date
along with additional information in the Status bar at the
top of the screen. This is always visible and is where you
can nd important information about the status of your
device including:
• Voicemail notications
• SIM status
• Connection strength bars
• Wi-Fi connection
• Battery charge level
The bottom of the Home screen is where you can access
Notications (left) and Shortcuts (right) by pressing the
left/right soft keys located at the top of the keypad. Menu
items are accessible by pressing the OK Center key from
the Home screen. Once you leave the Home screen, the
selection options will change.

OK Center Key
This is a multi-function key that lets you easily
complete several functions.
• From the Home screen, press to access the
Menu options
• Press to conrm an option on the screen
Navigation Keys
The edges of the OK Center key can be used to
navigate through menus and options that are
showing on the screen by simply pressing on
the direction you wish to move in. This is a multi-
function key that also lets you complete several
other functions:
• Navigate up: Access the internet
• Navigate down: Recent apps
• Navigate left: Email
• Navigate right: Contacts
Call Key
You will be able to complete several functions
related to phone calls from this key.
• Press to answer a call
• After you enter a phone number or a contact
name, press to start the call
• From the Home screen, press to see your
call log
End/Power Key
This is a multi-function key that lets you easily
complete several functions.
• Press to turn the phone ON or OFF
• When you are on a call, press to end the call
• Press once to return to the previous screen, or
to close a dialog box or the options menu
• Press twice to return to the Home screen
• Long press (press and hold) to restart or power
o your phone

Volume Keys
The UP and DOWN volume keys let you adjust the
volume for dierent phone functions.
• During a phone call, press to adjust the volume of
the phone’s earpiece or the headset volume
• When the phone rings, press to mute the
ringtone
• While you listen to music, video, or are streaming,
adjust the volume of the content
• With the phone closed or from the Home
screen, adjust the volume of the ringtone and of
notications you may have set

Accessibility services are special features and
enhancements that make using the device easier. The
services available in Accessibility allow you to customize
the device to improve the experience of people with
physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. You can turn
Accessibility features ON/OFF as needed.
Many of the services available in Accessibility will make
using the phone more comfortable for other users also.
• Readout: Set the device to read the labels of interface
elements and provide responses out loud.
• Larger text: Set the items on the screen to a larger size
that is easy for you to see.
• Color inversion: Invert the colors on the screen to
help you see the content better. Most backgrounds will
appear in black with white text.
• Color correction: Adjust the color of the screen if you
are color blind or have diculty reading the display
because of the screen color.

• Captions: Show captions to help the hearing impaired.
You can select the text size and caption style.
• Mono Audio: Press to select mono or stereo sound for
your phone.
• Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC): Hearing aid mode
can be used by people who are deaf, have poor hearing
or speech impairments. After connecting the phone
and hearing aid device, calls are linked to a relay
service, which converts incoming speech to text for the
person using the hearing aid and converts outgoing
text from the hearing aid device to a spoken voice for
the person on the other end of the conversation.
• RTT: Real Time Text (RTT) is an alternative to external
TTY devices. You can use RTT to communicate via
text while you’re on a voice call. You will need to be
connected to LTE or have Wi-Fi calling turned ON.

Your service plan includes data that you can use to
connect to the mobile web with the browser. You can
keep informed about the latest news, sports, weather,
entertainment, and more directly from your phone.
Data usage begins when your phone connects to the
web and ends when the data connection terminates.
Total data charges will depend on the actual time it takes
to access or view the web site you are connecting to, and
the actual size and time it takes to download or transmit
the content or multimedia message.
IMPORTANT: After your phone is Active, it may take up to
1 hour to access mobile web.
