1. TheROWT1commissioningboxandtheROWT2
connectingductshouldbebuiltintothewall.Cutthe
openinginthewallstructurefortheROWsupplyair
wallterminalaccordingtothedimensionsspeciedin
thedimensiontableandthedimensionprint.
2.InsertthemountingplateintotheROWT1commis-
sioningbox.
3.Markthepositionsfortheboreholes.
4.Borethescrewholes.
5.Securethemountingplatewithscrewstothewall.
N.B.!Thescrewheadsshouldhaveaheightofmax.4
mmabovetheplatesurface.
6.Securethewallterminalfaceusingsteelblindrivets.

Commissioning with the ALV
Commissioningshouldbecarriedoutwiththewall
terminalfacemounted.Pullthemeasurementhoseand
damperadjustmentcordsoutofthewallterminalthrough
theperforation.Connectamanometertothemeasuring
tube.Thedesiredcommissioningpressurecanbecalcu-
latedusingtheratedcoefcientofperformance(K-factor)
ofthewallterminal.Setthedampertothecorrectblade
position,tieacommissioningknotinthedampercordsto
indicatethedamperposition.Thenlockthecordsagainst
thelockingscrewintheairdistributionbafe.SeeFigure

IftheROWTconnectingductaccessoryisused,werec-
ommendinstallingatypeCRMcommissioningdamper
upstreamofthewallterminalforadjustingtheairow
rate.
TheK-factor(COP)isspeciedontheproduct’sidentica-
tionlabel.K-factorsarealsospeciedintherelevantcom-
missioninginstructionsavailablefordownloadatwww.
swegon.com.
Maintenance
Thewallterminalcanbecleaned,ifnecessary,using
lukewarmwaterwithdishwashingdetergentaddedorby
vacuumcleaningusingabrushnozzle.Theductsystemis
accessedforcleaningbyboringoutthesteelblindrivets
andthenwithdrawingthewallterminaloutofitsspring
retainers.IfanALVcommissioningboxisused,withdraw
theacousticbafe,movethedistributionplatetothe
side,turnandwithdrawthedamperfromitsholderfrom
theinlet.SeeFigure2.

1. Cutanopeninginthewallaccordingtothedimensions
speciedinthedimensiontableandthedimension
print.PlacetheALVcommissioningboxintheopening.
Insertthemountingframeintothecommissioningbox
andsecureitwithscrewsintheshortsidesthrough
thesidesofthecommissioningboxandintothewall
structure.
2.Insertthemeasurementhoseandthecordfordamper
adjustmentthroughtheairdistributionplateinthe
mountingplateandpressitintothemountingframe.
Themountingframeisheldinplacebyitsspring
retainers.Markthepositionsfortheboreholes.

6.Borethescrewholesinthemountingplateforthe
temporaryattachmentusinga5.5mmtwistdrill.The
measurementhoseandthecommissioningcordcan
beremoved,ifnecessary,bycuttingthemoff,level
withtheairdistributionplate.Ortheycanbepushedin
behindtheairdistributionplate.
7. Securethewallterminalfaceusingsteelblindrivets.
