GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result

The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible
conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and
caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.

Gasoline and other fuels are extremely ammable. Keep away from heat sparks, and open ames as an
explosion will result in severe personal injury.
Have multiple ABC class re extinguishers nearby.
DO NOT use electronics or mobile communications devices such as mobile phones while pumping
ammable liquids.
Set up and use only on a at, level, well-ventilated surface.
Attach ground wire and bond containers that are being pump from and into. Ground all containers to a
known ground source to dissipate static electricity before pumping liquids
Gasoline vapors can explode. Harmful or fatal is swallowed. Avoid breathing fuel vapors.
DO NOT modify this tank or product.
Personnel should always wear proper personal protection equipment and clothing.
DO NOT put ngers or hands into openings or into the pump.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use care when maneuvering to prevent injury or loss of control. Seek assistance to avoid strain or injury
where required.
ALWAYS empty the pump and hose after use by lifting the hose and turning the handle in the opposite
direction of the arrow to empty all remaining liquids back into the caddy.
Monitor ow rate and ll levels to prevent overows and spills. DO NOT overll containers, drums or
tanks.
Use caution when lling through the ll tube. Monitor closely to prevent overows and spills.
Use caddy for “one type of fuel only” to avoid possible damage to vehicle
Not for prolonged storage of fuel.
Ensure that all ttings and threaded hose and pipe connections are tightened and lead free.

ASSEMBLY
1. Open the carton and take out the spare parts.
2. Wind the screw part of the pipe on the caddy with seal tape 5-8 circle.
3. Connect the oil pump to the pipe and tighten it. Control the pump handle
position to the outside direction of the caddy so it can turn. Turn the handle
of the pump it the OUT direction, the oil will be discharged from the caddy.
4. Turn the handle of the pump in the IN direction, the oil will be sucked into
the caddy. Assemble the handle to the pump and tighten it with a hex nut.
5. Wind the seal tape on the screw part on the head of the discharge pipe.
6. Connect the discharge pipe to the top of the pump and tighten it, asseble
the oil input opening.
7. Install the oil lever assembly on the top of the caddy. Loosen the red nut
of the lever assembly, lift the oil lever pointer slightly and the lever must be
up-down freeky. Tighten the red nut.
8. Assemble the caddy handle.

ASSEMBLY OPERATION
1. Connect the clipper of the yellow/green cable to a good earthing terminal to ensure user safety.
2. Put the oil of into the caddy through the oil input opening. Do not do this too quickly to avoid the oil from
owing from the end of the opening. Note the lever pointer (red) shows when the red pointer reaches the
highest limit of oil, do not add more oil at this point. Clean the lter meter to keep it from jamming.
3. Be sure the oil is clean and there are no dregs inside.
4. This machine adapts to gasoline, diesel etc but is not suitable for water sucking or other corrosive solvent.
5. Operate the machine in a horizontal position, not at an incline.
