Before using the product，please read the following instructions carefully. If you have the
following conditions，please pay attention to your exercise time and consult a doctor

Precautions
* Training against the wall
If the user can't control the direction of the force is downward, the training vehicle will
move when used, and it needs to be used against the wall.
* Seat height
Please choose a suitable chair for training, so as to avoid the phenomenon of unstable

Step 1: First take ou tall the accessories in the carton and lay it down
Step 2: Lay the lower main frame ①flat and overlap the pipe hole on the left ②, ⑦8*50
screw and ⑧use wrench ⑨⑩to tighten together.

Step 3: Overlap the lower main frame ①with the right ③ pipe hole, and tighten the 8*50
screw and ⑧with a wrench ⑨⑩.
Step 4: Overlap the fixed pipe holes ②and ③, and tighten the screws ⑦8*50 and ⑧
with wrench ⑨⑩.

Step 5: Splice the lower limb rotating foot assembly ④ on the upper end of the lower main
frame ③, and insert the ⑦ 8*50 screw and ⑧ with the wrench ⑨ ⑩ to tighten the double
holes.
Step 6: Insert the upper main frame into the upper end of the lower main frame, and then
use the knob to pull the pin to fix it, adjust the upper and lower levels adaptively and
flexibly, and then tighten the knob.

Step 7: Join the upper body rotating armrest assembly ⑥at the upper end of the upper
main frame , and insert the screw with the wrench ⑨⑩ to tighten the double holes.
Step 8: The installation is complete!
Note: The electronic watch can also be installed on the upper limb rotation pedal
assembly ⑥at your choice.
(18*50 screw is a spare screw)

* Exercices contre le mur
Si l'utilisateur ne peut pas contrôler la direction de la force vers le bas, le véhicule d'en-
traînement bougera lorsqu'il sera utilisé, et il doit être placé contre le mur.
* Hauteur du siège
Veuillez choisir une chaise appropriée pour les exercices, afin d'éviter le phénomène de
base instable causé par une hauteur trop élevée ou trop basse.
Consignes de sécurité
1. Ne pas se tenir debout sur la pédale.
2. S'asseoir sur une chaise, un canapé ou un lit pendant l'exercice.
3. Avant d'utiliser le produit, s'assurer que toutes les vis, les boulons, les boutons, les
cadres et les supports ont été fixés.
4. Les malades, les personnes handicapées et les personnes âgées doivent s'asseoir sur
le banc.
5.Les personnes souffrant de maladies cardiaques ou à qui il est interdit de faire des
exercices physiques intenses doivent suivre les conseils de leur médecin pour s'exercer
correctement.
6. Ne pas utiliser ce produit en cas de blessure ou d'absence de cicatrisation.
7. Surveiller les enfants et les personnes handicapées lors de l'utilisation de l'appareil.
