Anwendungsbereich

SIPLUS CMS2000 VIB-MUX ist ein Erweiterungsmodul für

das Condition Monitoring System SIPLUS CMS2000

(siehe Bild 1).

Das Erweiterungsmodul VIB-MUX schaltet im Multiplex-

Betrieb 8 IEPE-Eingangskanäle zeitlich nacheinander auf

einen Ausgangskanal. Die Ansteuerung des VIB-MUX

erfolgt über die Systemschnittstelle der CMS2000 Basic Unit

VIB.

Einzuhaltende Reihenfolge der Erweiterungsmodule beim

Ausbau des Systems SIPLUS CMS2000:

[Basic Unit VIB] + [VIB-MUX 1/2] + [Temperaturmodul 1/2]

Anschließen

●Schließen Sie die abisolierten Kabelenden an die

entsprechenden Anschlussklemmen an und ziehen Sie

die Klemmen fest (siehe Bild 2 und Bild 3).

●Systemschnittstellen (frontseitig) verbinden: Schließen

Sie das Verbindungskabel zwischen Basic Unit VIB und

VIB-MUX an.

Switch off the power supply and secure against switching

on again. All system components must be off-circuit during

installation and connection.

Application

SIPLUS CMS2000 VIB-MUX is an expansion module for the

Condition Monitoring System SIPLUS CMS2000

(see Figure 1).

The expansion module VIB-MUX connects 8 IEPE input

channels to one output channel sequentially in multiplex

mode. VIB-MUX is controlled through the system interface

of the CMS2000 Basic Unit VIB.

Mandatory sequence of expansion modules when

expanding the SIPLUS CMS2000 system:

[Basic Unit VIB] + [VIB-MUX 1/2] + [temperature

module 1/2]

Connecting

●Connect the stripped cable ends to the relevant

connecting terminals and tighten the terminals (see

Figure 2 and Figure 3).

●Connecting system interfaces (front): Connect the

connecting cable between the Basic Unit VIB and VIB-

MUX.
