Installation

Intended use

The module can use the output for control purposes and

the input to monitor the status of a potential-free contact.

A housing is available to protect the module from

environmental influences and to raise the protection

category.

Preparation

The installation procedure depends on the module's place

of use and type of installation.

WARNING

Electrical voltage

Electric shock

·During installation work, voltage must not be

applied to the cables.

1. Define the place of use.

–Installation outside an electric cabinet or control panel

(module always in FDCH221 housing)

–Installation in electric cabinet or in control panel (any

type of module installation)

n order to implement fire controls complying with

VdS, the module must be installed in the fire control

housing.

2. Define the type of installation.

–on a plane surface (Fig. 1)

–on a top hat rail (Fig. 2)

–in FDCH221 housing (Fig. 3)

Installation on a plane surface

1. Position the module on a plane surface (Fig. 1).

2. Use two screws to secure the module.

Installation on a top hat rail

1. Fix two installation feet to the module.

2. Press the module and the installation feet against the

top hat rail until the feet snap in (Fig. 2).

Installation in housing

1. Open the housing (Fig. 6).

2. Determine the cable entries in the housing and break

these open.

3. Use two screws to fit the housing on a plane surface

(Fig. 4).

4. Secure the M20 cable glands on the housing and guide

in the cables (Fig. 5).

5. Use two M3 x

12 screws to fit the module in the housing

(Fig. 3).

Close the housing with the screws provided (Fig.

6).

Electric connection

NOTICE

Incorrect polarity and reliability of contact

Module defect or line interrupt

·When connecting up the detector line, note the

positive and negative connections.

·Connect only one wire to each terminal.

1. Connect the cables to the terminals as shown in the

connection diagram (Figs. 13 and 14).

Refer to the following figures for connection details:

–Detector line: Fig. 12

–Input monitored for open line: Fig. 7

–Input monitored for open line and short circuit: Fig. 8

–'Normal operation' output: Fig. 9

–'Inverted operation' output: Fig. 10

–Output not monitored: Fig. 11

–DC 24 V supply: Fig. 9/Fig. 10

2. If you are using shielded cables for the detector line,

connect the shielding to the DBZ1190-AB connection

terminal. The shielding must not touch any extrinsic

earthing potentials or metal parts in the housing.

3. Connect the resistors to the end of the input line (Fig. 7

and Fig. 8).

4. Connect the jumper to J1/J2 depending on how the

output is being used and connect the additional

components as shown in Fig. 9, Fig. 10 or Fig. 11.

Be sure to connect the resistor (Fig. 9) at the end of the

line.

Montage

Verwendungszweck

Der Baustein kann mit dem Ausgang eine Steuerung

vornehmen und mit dem Eingang den Zustand eines

potenzialfreien Kontakts überwachen. Zum Schutz des

Bausteins vor Umwelteinflüssen und zur Erhöhung der

Schutzart steht ein Gehäuse zur Verfügung.

Vorbereitung

Das Vorgehen der Installation hängt vom Einsatzort und

der Montageart des Bausteins ab.

WARNUNG

Elektrische Spannung

Stromschlag

·Während den Installationsarbeiten darf an den

Kabeln keine Spannung anliegen.

1. Bestimmen Sie den Einsatzort:

–

Montage ausserhalb eines Elektroschranks oder einer

Zentrale (Baustein immer im Gehäuse FDCH221)

–Montage im Elektroschrank oder in einer Zentrale

(Montageart des Bausteins beliebig)

Für die Realisierung von VdS

konformen

Brandfallsteuerungen muss der Baustein in das

Gehäuse der Brandfallsteuerung eingebaut werden.

2. Bestimmen Sie die Montageart:

–Auf einer planen Fläche (Fig. 1)

–Auf einer Hutschiene (Fig. 2)

–Im Gehäuse FDCH221 (Fig. 3)

Montage auf einer planen Fläche

1. Positionieren Sie den Baustein auf einer planen Fläche

(Fig. 1).

2. Befestigen Sie den Baustein mit zwei Schrauben.

Montage auf einer Hutschiene

1. Stecken Sie zwei Montagefüße in den Baustein.

2. Drücken Sie den Baustein mit den Montagefüßen

gegen die Hutschiene, bis diese einrasten (Fig. 2).

Montage im Gehäuse

1. Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse (Fig. 6).

2. Bestimmen Sie die Kabeleinführungen im Gehäuse und

brechen Sie diese aus.

3. Montieren Sie das Gehäuse mit zwei Schrauben auf

eine plane Fläche (Fig.

4).

4. Befestigen Sie die Kabelverschraubungen M20 am

Gehäuse und führen Sie die Kabel ein (Fig. 5).

5. Montieren Sie den Baustein mit zwei Schrauben

M3 x 12 im Gehäuse (Fig. 3).

6. Schließen Sie das Gehäuse mit den mitgelieferten

Schrauben (Fig. 6).

HINWEIS

·Beachten Sie beim Anschließ

en an die Melderlinie

die Plus- und Minusanschlüsse.

·Schließen Sie pro Klemme nur einen Draht an.

1. Schließen Sie die Kabel gemäß dem Anschluss-

schema an den Klemmen an (Fig. 13 und Fig. 14).

–Eingang überwacht auf Unterbruch und Kurzschluss:

–Ausgang nicht überwacht: Fig. 11

–DC 24 V-Speisung: Fig. 9/Fig. 10

2. Falls Sie für die Melderlinie abgeschirmte Kabel

verwenden, verbinden Sie die Abschirmungen mit der

Verbindungsklemme DBZ1190-AB. Die Abschirmung

darf keine fremden Erdpotenziale oder Metallteile im

Gehäuse berühren.

3. Schließen Sie am Ende der Eingangsleitung die

Widerstände an (Fig. 7 und Fig. 8).

4. Stecken Sie den Jumper auf J1/J2 entsprechend der

Einsatzart des Ausgangs und schließen Sie die

zusätzlichen Komponenten gemäß Fig. 9, Fig. 10 oder

Fig. 11 an. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Widerstand

(Fig. 9) am Ende der Leitung angeschlossen wird.

Montage

Application

Le module d'interface peut effectuer des fonctions de

commande par l'intermédiaire de la sortie et surveiller

l'état d'un contact libre de potentiel par l'intermédiaire de

l'entrée. Un boîtier est disponible afin de protéger

l'interface des influences environnementales et

d'augmenter la catégorie de protection.

Préparation

La procédure d'installation dépend du site d'exploitation et

du type d'installation du module d'interface.

AVERTISSEMENT

Tension électrique

Choc électrique

·Pendant l'installation, les câbles ne doivent pas

être sous tension.

1. Déterminez le site d'exploitation :

–Installation à l'extérieur d'une armoire électrique ou

d'un équipement de contrôle et de signalisation

(module d'interface toujours dans le boîtier FDCH221)

–Installation dans une armoire électrique ou dans un

équipement de contrôle et de signalisation (tout type

d'installation du module d'interface)

our la réalisation de commandes incendie

conformes à VdS, le module d'interface doit être

monté dans le boîtier de la commande incendie.

2. Déterminez le type d'installation :

–sur une surface plane (Fig. 1)

–sur un profilé (Fig. 2)

–dans le boîtier FDCH221 (Fig. 3)

Installation sur une surface plane

1. Positionnez le module d'interface sur une surface plane

(Fig. 1).

2. Fixez le module d'interface avec deux vis.

Montage sur un profilé

1. Introduisez deux pieds de montage dans le module

d'interface.

2. Poussez le module d'interface avec les pieds de

montage contre le profilé jusqu'à ce que les pieds

s'enclenchent (Fig. 2).

Installation dans le boîtier

1. Ouvrez le boîtier (Fig.6).

2. Déterminez les entrées de câbles dans le boîtier et

dégagez-les.

3. Montez le boîtier sur une surface plane avec deux vis

(Fig. 4).

4. Fixez les presse-

étoupe M20 sur le boîtier et introduisez

les câbles (Fig. 5).

5. Montez le module d'interface dans le boîtier avec deux

vis M3 x 12 (Fig.3).

6. Fermez le boîtier avec les deux vis fournies lors de la

livraison (Fig. 6).

Défaut du module ou interruption de ligne

·Veuillez porter attention aux connexions positives

et négatives lors du raccordement de la ligne de

détection.

·Ne raccordez qu'un fil par borne.

1. Raccordez les câbles aux bornes conformément au

schéma de raccordement (Fig. 13 et 14).

Voir les figures suivantes pour les détails du

raccordement :

–Ligne de détection : Fig. 12

–Surveillance d'interruption de l'entrée : Fig. 7

–Surveillance d'interruption et de court-circuit de

l'entrée : Fig. 8

–Sortie en « exploitation normale » : Fig. 9

–Sortie en « exploitation inversée » : Fig. 10

–Sortie non surveillée : Fig. 11

–Alimentation DC 24 V externe : Fig. 9/Fig. 10

2. Si vous utilisez un câble blindé pour la ligne de

détection, reliez les écrans avec le bornier

DBZ1190-AB. L'écran ne doit être en contact avec

aucun autre potentiel de terre ou pièce métallique dans

le boîtier.

3. Raccordez les résistances à la fin de la ligne d'entrée

(Fig. 7 et 8).

Bloquez le cavalier sur J1/J2 selon le type d'exploitation

de la sortie et raccordez les composants additionnels

selon Fig. 9, Fig. 10 ou Fig. 11. Veillez à ce que la

résistance (Fig. 9) soit raccordée à la fin de la ligne.

Montaje

Uso previsto

Con la salida, el módulo puede realizar un control y con la

entrada, monitorizar el estado de un contacto sin

potencial. Para la protección del módulo contra factores

ambientales y para aumentar la categoría de protección

está disponible una carcasa.

Preparativos

El procedimiento de la instalación depende del lugar de

instalación y del tipo de montaje del módulo.

ADVERTENCIA

Tensión eléctrica

Descarga eléctrica

·Durante los trabajos de instalación, no debe estar

aplicada ninguna tensión a los cables.

1. Determine el lugar de instalación:

–

Montaje fuera de un armario eléctrico o de una unidad

de control (módulo siempre en la carcasa FDCH221)

–Montaje en el armario eléctrico o en una unidad de

control (tipo de montaje discrecional del módulo)

Para la realización de controles de incendio

conforme a VdS, el módulo debe instalarse en la

carcasa del control de incendio.

2. Determine el tipo de montaje:

–en una superficie plana (Fig. 1)

–en un carril DIN (Fig. 2)

–en la carcasa FDCH221 (Fig. 3)

Montaje en una superficie plana

1. Sitúe el módulo sobre una superficie plana (Fig. 1).

2. Fije el módulo con dos tornillos.

Montaje en un carril DIN

1. Inserte dos pies de montaje en el módulo.

2. Presione el módulo con los pies de montaje contra el

carril DIN hasta que encajen los pies (Fig. 2).

Montaje en la carcasa

1. Abra la carcasa (Fig. 6).

2. Determine las entradas de cable en la carcasa y

rómpalas.

3. Monte la carcasa con dos tornillos sobre una superficie

plana (Fig.

4).

Sujete los prensaestopas para cable M20 en la carcasa

e introduzca los cables (Fig. 5).

5. Monte el módulo con dos tornillos M3 x 12 en la

carcasa (Fig. 3).

6. Cierre la carcasa con los tornillos suministrados

(Fig. 6).

Conexión eléctrica

AVISO

Polaridad incorrecta y seguridad de contacto

Defecto del módulo o circuito abierto del cable

·Observe las conexiones positivas y negativas

durante la conexión a la línea de detectores.

·Conecte únicamente un hilo por terminal.

1. Conecte los cables de acuerdo con el diagrama de

conexión en los terminales (Fig. 13 y Fig. 14).

Ver las siguientes figuras para los detalles de conexión:

–Línea de detectores: Fig. 12

–Entrada supervisada en cuanto a circuito abierto:

–Entrada supervisada en cuanto a cortocircuito y

circuito abierto: Fig. 8

–Salida 'Funcionamiento normal': Fig. 9

–Salida 'Funcionamiento invertido': Fig. 10

–Salida no supervisada: Fig. 11

–Alimentación DC 24 V externa: Fig. 9/Fig. 10

2. Si utiliza cables apantallados para la línea de

detectores, conecte los apantallamientos al terminal de

conexión DBZ1190-AB. El apantallamiento no debe

tocar ningún potencial de tierra externo ni piezas de

metal en la carcasa.

3. Conecte las resistencias en el extremo del cable de

entrada (Fig. 7 y Fig. 8).

4. Coloque el jumper en J1/J2 de acuerdo con el tipo de

utilización de la salida y conecte los componentes

adicionales de acuerdo con la Fig. 9, Fig. 10 o Fig. 11.

Preste atención a que la resistencia (Fig. 9) se conecte

al extremo del cable.

Montaggio

Destinazione d'uso

Il modulo può effettuare un comando con l'uscita e

sorvegliare lo stato di un contatto a potenziale zero con

l'ingresso. Per proteggere il modulo dagli influssi

ambientali e per aumentare la categoria di protezione, è

disponibile un contenitore.

Preparazione

La procedura di installazione dipende dal luogo di

installazione e dal tipo di montaggio del modulo.

AVVERTENZA

Tensione elettrica

Shock elettrico

·Durante le operazioni di installazione non deve

essere presente alcuna tensione nei cavi.

1. Determinare la sede di utilizzo:

–Montaggio all'esterno di un armadio elettrico o di un

pannello di comando (modulo sempre nel contenitore

FDCH221)

–Montaggio all'interno di un armadio elettrico o di un

pannello di comando (metodo di montaggio qualsiasi

del modulo)

Per la realizzazione dei controlli antincendio in

conformità alle direttive VdS, il modulo deve essere

incassato nel contenitore del comando incendio.

2. Stabilire il tipo di montaggio:

–su una superficie piana (Fig. 1)

–su una guida a cappello (Fig. 2)

–all'interno del contenitore FDCH221 (Fig. 3)

Montaggio su una superficie piana

1. Posizionare il modulo su una superficie piana (Fig. 1).

2. Fissare il modulo con l'ausilio di due viti.

Montaggio su una guida a cappello

1. Fissare due piedini di montaggio sul modulo.

2. Premere il modulo unitamente ai piedini di montaggio

con

tro la guida a cappello finché non scatta in posizione

(Fig. 2).

Montaggio nel contenitore

1. Aprite il contenitore (Fig. 6).

2. Individuare i punti di entrata dei cavi nel contenitore e

aprirli.

3. Montare il contenitore con due viti su una superficie

piana (Fig. 4).

4. Fissare i pressatavi M20 al contenitore e introdurre i

cavi (Fig. 5).

5. Montare il modulo nel contenitore con due viti M3 x 12

(Fig. 3).

6. Chiudere il contenitore con le viti accluse (Fig. 6).

·In occasione dell'allacciamento alla linea di

rivelatori, fare attenzione ai poli positivo e

negativo.

·Collegare un solo filo per morsetto.

1. Collegare i cavi ai morsetti in base allo schema di

collegamento (Fig. 13 e Fig. 14).

Vedere le seguenti figure per i dettagli del

collegamento:

–Linea di rivelatori: Fig. 12

–Ingresso monitorato per interruzioni: Fig. 7

–Ingresso monitorato per interruzioni e cortocircuiti:

–Uscita 'Funzionamento normale': Fig. 9

–Uscita 'Funzionamento invertito': Fig. 10

–Uscita non monitorata: Fig. 11

–Alimentazione CC 24 V esterna: Fig. 9/Fig. 10

2. Se per la linea di rivelatori si utilizzano cavi schermati,

collegare le schermature con il morsetto di

collegamento DBZ1190-AB. La schermatura non deve

entrare a contatto con potenziali di terra esterni o parti

metalliche all'interno del contenitore.

3. Collegare le resistenze al termine del cavo di ingresso

(Fig. 7 e Fig. 8).

4. Inserire il jumper su J1/J2 in base al tipo di impiego

dell'uscita e collegare i componenti supplementari in

base alle Fig. 9, Fig. 10 o Fig. 11. Assicurare che la

resistenza (Fig. 9) venga collegata al termine del cavo.
