1 | Introduction
Thank you for choosing the 2 in 1 warming cape/blanket. The warming cape/
blanket is a product of high standard that will last for a very long time if pro-
perly used and handled. It can be used as cape as well as a warming blanket.
2 | Important safety hints
Retain the manual

•Forward the manual to other users.
•This device is not intended to be used unsupervised by children,
individuals with sensory deprivation of any kind or mentally
challenged individuals. Any users falling into these categories should
be assisted by a responsible adult.
•Do not prick in with needles or other sharp objects
•Use this product:
•only to pre-heat the mattress
•do not use if wet or damp
•do not use if bent or folded
•do not place underneath the mattress always put on top
•do not use as sheet
•do not fold blanket if still warm
•do not place heavy or edged objects on the device, which may damage
or bend the electrical wires inside the blanket (eg. Suit cases )
•Keep plug and connecting cable dry at all times
•The switch will get warm and therefore should not be covered,
because of danger of overheating
•Do not use the blanket, if it self or part are damaged
•After use pull plug out off mains plug
•Do not place other heaters or heat producing objects onto the device
•The heating blanket is not meant for use in hospitals
•If used with an automatic bed make sure, that the bed does not
fold or bend the blanket, so that the blanket will not be damaged by
the movement of the bed
•Do not fold or wrap around the mattress
•If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by an authorized
repair centre to avoid a hazard

•Examine the appliance frequently. If there is any damage visible If the
supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a
qualified person, to avoid a hazard.
3 | Intended use
The technical safety of this product is assured by its compliance to European
standards. The safety guidelines in the instruction book must be followed. It
is however not intended to treat medical conditions.
As an added safety measure against overheating it contanies a temerature
sensative sensor cable.
There are four heat levels, the blanket will switch off automatically after 180
minutes.
4 | Start-up
If this device is stored near freezing, allow it to acclimate to room tempera-
ture before use.
Place the unit’s mains plug into wall outlet. Make sure Connection Clutch is
securely connected. The device is now ready to be used.
4.1 | Operating instructions
a With each push of the button on the controller 2the heat is increased to
the next level. The LEDs 3show the current level selected.
After approx. 10 minutes pre-heating the desired temperature will be
reached. It will maintain for another 170 minutes the heat unless the blanket
gets switched off before.
This blanket should be warm not hot. The heat is difficult to determine
when touching with your hands. The hand are not as sensitive towards
heat as other body parts. To use this product as a cape (or wrap), the
snap fasteners on the front side serve to allow one to close the garment.
To use this product as a blanket, spread the entire cover completely and
use to cover the body.

Once at the highest heat level if the button
2 is pressed again the unit
will be turned off consequently. All LED 3
indicator lights will be out.
To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury to persons:
• Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after

using and before cleaning.
•This appliance should only be connected to the AC mains with the
voltage given on type sign on the appliance.
•Please don‘t use it in the bathroom or other place with high humidity.
4.2 | Automatic switch off
170 minutes after switching on the electric blanket switches off automati-
cally. If the blanket should stay in use you have to switch on to level 0.
After-wards the blanket is ready for another 170 minutes use.
5 | Cleaning and storing
•Unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow it to cool before storing
in its box or a clean, dry place.
•After the control unit for the heat pad is removed, it can be washed
up to 30°. Coil the cord and secure it with the supplied fastener
•Store in a clean, dry place

8 | Disposal

9 | Warranty
The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of purchase and covers all
manufacturers’ errors in material and quality. This guarantee only applies if
the instructions for use have been followed and becomes ineffective if force
has been applied to the appliance or it has been used in any but the correct
and proper manner, or if it has been serviced by any unauthorised person.
