• Provideaccessibilitytothecoverplateofthepumpforfutureimpellerchanges.
• Mountedinanyorientationonaverticaloratsurface,howeverReversodoesnotrecommendmountingwiththe
pumpheadabovethemotor.
1/2”ID Minimumof1/2”innerdiameterhoseisrecommended;smallerhoseisnotadvised.
Choosettingswhichtthehosesizeselectedtominimizerestriction.
UseLoctite565onallconnections.
Electrical Connection
TheelectricalinstallationofthisproductmustbeexecutedbyaqualiedelectricianandfollowingtheABYCrequirements.
Besurethatthepowersourceavailablematchesthepowerrequirementsonthespecicationsheet.
Operation
Thepumpisequippedwitha3-positionrockerswitch.ThecenterpositionisOff.
Tostartthepump,pressthearrowforthedesiredowdirection.
ReturnswitchtothecenterOffpositionafterrequiredamountofuidhasbeentransferred.
Avoidrunningthepumpdryforlongperiods.
• Checkforablownfuse.
• Checkinsidethepumpheadforanydebrisorbrokenbladesontheimpeller.
• Verifythevoltagesuppliedmatchesthespecicationsofthepumpmotor.
• Checkforrestrictionsinthehoseorttingsize.
• Checkforairleaksinthelinesorseals.
• Checkifimpellerhasdriedoutduetoalongperiodwithoutuse.Ifyes,adduidinto
pumpheadbeforestartup.
