Fehler Ursache Abhilfe

Anpassen der Bohrer-

länge nicht möglich, da

Inbusschlüssel nicht

eingesetzt werden kann.

• Der Innensechskant des Gewinde-

stifts ist mit Bohrstaub zugesetzt.

• Spannmutter und Spannzange entfernen und mit

spitzen Gegenstand den Bohrstaub aus Innensechs-

kant entfernen.

Gerät lässt sich nicht

einschalten.

• Sensoräche wird zu kurz oder zu

wenig berührt.

• Handäche für ca. 1 Sek. auf die gekennzeichnete

Stelle am Gehäuse legen. Ein Druck muss dabei nicht

ausgeübt werden.

Bohrtiefe verändert sich

unvermittelt.

• Der Bohrer ist nicht ausreichend

eingespannt, bleibt beim Bohren

stehen und verstellt dadurch den

Bohrer-Anschlag.

• Beschichtung des Bohrer-Anschlag

(Gewindestift) verbraucht.

• Bohrer-Anschlag neu einstellen (siehe Kap. 5.6),

Spannmutter von Hand fest anziehen (ohne

Werkzeug).

• Ersatz-Gewindestift einsetzen (siehe letzte Seite der

Anleitung.

Bohrer dreht nicht mit. • Schaftdurchmesser des Bohrers zu

gering.

• Bohrer mit Schaftdurchmesser im zulässigen Bereich

verwenden (siehe Kap. 8 Technische Daten).

Spannzange NICHT mit Werkzeug weiter zudrehen!

Mangelnde Bohrleistung. • Bohrer verschlissen. • Bohrer austauschen.

Bohrungen zu groß oder

unrund.

• Spannmutter nicht fest genug

angezogen.

• Spannmutter von Hand fest anziehen.

Gerät schaltet beim

Bohren unvermittelt ab

und die Betriebsanzeige

blinkt kurz.

• Werkstück zu schnell in den Bohrer

gedrückt.

• Bohrtisch zügig aber nicht schlagartig nach unten

drücken.

Fault Cause Solution

It is not possible to adjust

the drill length, as the

Allen key cannot be used.

• The hexagon socket is full of drilling

dust.

• Remove drill jig and chuck and use a pointed

instrument to remove the drilling dust from the

hexagon socket.

The unit does not switch

on.

• The sensor surface has been

touched too briey or too lightly.

• Place the palm of your hand onto the marked surface

for approximately 1 second. It is not necessary to use

any pressure.

The drilling depth

suddenly changes.

• The drill bit is not sufciently xed

in place; it stops during drilling and

therefore alters the drill stop depth.

• The coating on the drill stop

(threaded pin) is worn out..

• Re-set the drill stop (see section 5.6); tighten the drill

jig by hand (without tools).

• Insert replacement threaded pin (see last page of the

instructions for use).

The drill bit does not turn. • The shaft diameter of the drill bit is

too small.

• Use a drill bit with the correct shaft diameter size (see

section 8 Technical Data).

Do not turn the chuck further with tools!

The drilling is not

effective.

• The drill bit is worn. • Replace the drill bit.

The drill holes are too big

or not round.

• The drill jig is not tight enough. • Tighten the jig by hand.

The unit switches off

abruptly and the

operation display blinks

briey.

• The model was pushed too hard

into the drill bit.

• Depress the drill table quickly but not suddenly.

• L‘ouverture à six pans de la vis

sans tête est colmatée avec de la

poussière de forage.

• Retirer l‘écrou de serrage et la pince de serrage et

enlever la poussière de l‘ouverture à six pans à l‘aide

d‘un objet pointu.

Il est impossible de

mettre l‘appareil en

marche.

• La surface sensible n‘a pas été

sufsamment touchée ou bien

elle n‘a pas été touchée assez

longtemps.

• Poser la paume pendant env. 1 s sur l‘endroit repéré

sur le boîtier. Il n‘est pas nécessaire d‘exercer une

pression.

La profondeur de forage

change inopinément.

• Le foret n‘est pas assez serré,

s‘arrête pendant le forage et dérègle

ainsi la butée du foret.

• Le revêtement de la butée du foret

(vis sans tête) est usé.

• Régler à nouveau la butée du foret (voir chap. 5.6),

serrer l‘écrou de serrage à la main (sans outil).

• Monter une vis sans tête de rechange (voir la dernière

page du mode d‘emploi).

Le foret ne tourne pas. • Le diamètre de la tige du foret est

trop petit.

• Utiliser un foret dont la tige présente un diamètre

situé dans la plage admissible (voir chap. 8 Données

techniques). NE PAS serrer davantage la pince de

serrage avec un outil !

Puissance de forage

insufsante.

• Foret usé. • Remplacer le foret.

Les trous sont trop

grands ou ne sont pas

ronds.

• L‘écrou de serrage n‘est pas assez

serré.

• Serrer fermement l‘écrou de serrage à la main.

L‘appareil s‘éteint

inopinément pendant le

forage et l‘indicateur de

fonctionnement s‘allume

brièvement.

• La pièce à percer a été poussée

trop rapidement contre le foret.

• Abaisser rapidement, mais pas brusquement, la table

de forage.

dell’apparecchio. Non è necessario esercitare

pressione.

Variazione improvvisa

della profondità di

foratura.

• La punta non è sufcientemente

bloccata, resta ferma durante la

fase di foratura spostando il relativo

arresto.

• Rivestimento dell’arresto punta

(perno lettato) consumato.

• Regolare nuovamente l’arresto punta (vedi cap. 5.6),

stringere saldamente a mano il dado di serraggio

(senza l‘impiego di utensili).

• Inserire il perno lettato di ricambio (vedi ultima pagina

delle Istruzioni d’uso).

La punta non gira. • Diametro del codolo della punta

troppo piccolo.

• Utilizzare punte con diametro codolo appropriato (vedi

cap. 8 Caratteristiche tecniche).

NON ruotare oltre la pinza di serraggio con un

utensile!

Scarsa potenza di

foratura.

• Punta consumata. • Sostituire la punta.

Fori troppo grandi od

ovalizzati.

• Dado di serraggio non

sufcientemente bloccato.

• Stringere saldamente a mano il dado di serraggio.

L’apparecchio

aproximadamente 1 segundo sobre la posición

marcada en la carcasa. No ejercer presión.

La profundidad de la

broca se modica.

• Fijación insuciente de la broca, la

broca se detiene durante la perfo-

ración y desajusta así el tope de

perforación.

• Recubrimiento del tope del taladro

(pasador roscado) desgastado.

• Ajustar nuevamente el tope del taladro (véase capítulo

5.6), apretar la tuerca de jación con la mano (sin

herramienta).

• Colocar el pasador roscado de repuesto (consultar la

última página del manual)

El taladro no gira con la

máquina.

• Diámetro de broca demasiado

pequeño.

• Utilizar brocas con un diámetro admisible (véase

capítulo 8 Datos técnicos).

¡NO continuar cerrando el portabrocas con una

herramienta!

Potencia de perforación

insuciente.

• Broca desgastada. • Sustituir la broca.

Perforaciones demasia-

do grandes u ovaladas.

• Apriete insuciente del portabrocas. • Apretar el portabrocas rmemente con la mano.

El aparato se desconecta
