dem Einschalten

• Netzkabel nicht einge-

steckt.

• Netzsteckdose ohne

• Gerät an einer Absau-

gung angeschlossen,

die abgeschaltet hat.

• Netzkabel einstecken.

• Netzsteckdose kontrollieren.

• Absaugung kontrollieren, ggf. An-

leitung der Absaugung beachten.

Gerät schaltet

während des Be-

triebs ab.

• Motorschutz hat ausge-

löst, da Motortemperatur

zu hoch.

• Sicherung hat ausge-

löst.

• Netzstecker ziehen und Gerät ca.

1,5 Std. abkühlen lassen.

Problem Cause Remedy

Unit does not

operate after

switching it on.

• Mains cable not

plugged in.

• No electricity supply to

the mains socket.

• Unit connected to

an extractor that is

switched off.

• Plug in the mains cable.

• Check the mains socket.

• Check the extractor, refer to the extrac-

tor instructions if necessary.

Unit switches

off during

operation.

• Motor fuse triggered,

as the motor tempera-

ture is too high.

• Fuse triggered.

• Unplug the unit and allow it to cool for

approx. 1.5 hrs.

• Use an extractor (see Section 1.3).

• Switch on the safety cut-out / replace

fuse (see Section 3.3).

• If the fuse triggers again, return the

unit for repair.

Heavy dust

accumulation

on the work

table.

• Extractor not used.

• Extraction power too

low.

• Use an extractor (see sect. 1.3).

• Check the lter of the extractor.

• Check that the suction hose is not

bent.

• Check that the suction hose is tted

securely to the connector

(D, Figure 2, 4).

• Use a higher extraction setting.

L’appareil ne

tourne pas après

sa mise en cir-

cuit.

• Le câble de distribution

n’est pas enfoncé.

• La prise de contact est

sans tension.

• L’appareil est raccordé

à une aspiration qui a

déconnecté.

• Enfoncer le câble de distribution.

• Vérier la prise de contact.

• Vérier l’aspiration, en cas de

besoin tenir compte du mode

d’emploi de l’aspiration.

L’appareil se

déconnecte

pendant la mis en

service.

• La protection automatique

du moteur a été déclen-

chée, la température du

moteur étant trop haute.

• Le fusible a sauté.

• Enlever la prise du secteur et

laisser refroidir l’appareil pendant

une heure et demie env.

• Utiliser l’aspiration (voir chap.

1.3).

• Connecter le coupe-circuit

automatique / remplacement du

fusible (voir chap. 3.3).

• Si le fusible saute à nouveau,

faire parvenir L’appareil pour

réparation au service après-

vente.

Grand dépôt de

poussière sur la

table de travail.

• Une aspiration n‘a pas été

utilisée.

• Puissance aspirante trop

faible.

• Utiliser une aspiration (voir

chap. 1.3).

• Vérier le ltre de l‘aspiration.

• Vérier que le tuyau de l‘aspira-

tion ne soit pas plié.

• Vérier que le tuyau de l‘aspira-

tion se trouve bien appliqué sur le

raccord de l‘appareil (D, g. 2, 4).

• Utiliser une aspiration plus puis-

sante.

samment montée dans le

collier tendeur.

• Le collier tendeur n’est pas

assez serré.

• Monter la fraise jusqu’à sa butée

dans le collier tendeur.

• Serrer fermement le collier ten-

deur.

La fraise ne peut

pas être utilisée.

• La fraise utilisée n’est

pas un produit d’origine

Renfert.

• N’utiliser que les fraises origi-

nales de Renfert.

La fraise ne peut

pas être enlevée.

• La vis de serrage n’a pas

été sufsamment déblo-

quée.

• Tige de fraise corrodée.

• Débloquer à nouveau la vis de

serrage.

• Faire parvenir l’appareil pour

réparation.

La vis de serrage

ne se laisse pas

débloquer.

• Vis de serrage trop serrée. • Faire parvenir l’appareil pour

réparation.

L’aspiration rac-

cordée ne se met

pas en marche.

• Aspiration non branchée.

• L’aspiration est mise en

fonctionnement automa-

• La prise mobile de connec-

teur est sans tension.

• Mettre l’aspiration en marche.

continu.

L’apparecchio

non si mette in

funzione dopo

l’accensione.

• Il cavo di rete non è inseri-

to nella presa.

• La presa di rete non è

alimentata.

• L’apparecchio è connesso

ad un aspiratore che non è

acceso.

• Inserire il cavo di rete.

• Controllare la presa di rete.

• Controllare l’aspiratore e in caso

seguire le istruzioni sul manuale

dell’aspiratore.

L’apparecchio si

spegne durante

l’uso.

• La protezione del motore è

saltata, perché la tempera-

tura del motore era troppo

alta.

• Il fusibile è saltato.

• Disinserire la spina dalla presa

di rete e lasciar raffreddare l’ap-

parecchio per ca. 1,5 ore.

• Utilizzare l’aspiratore

(vedi cap. 1.3).

• Accendere l’interruttore automa-

tico / Sostituire il fusibile

(vedi cap. 3.3).

• Se la protezione dovesse saltare

di nuovo, inviare l’apparecchio a

riparare al centro assistenza.

Forti depositi di

polvere sulla su-

percie di lavoro.

• Non si è usata l‘aspirazio-

ne.

• La prestazione dell‘aspira-

zione è troppo bassa.

• Utilizzare l‘aspirazione

(vedi cap. 1.3).

• Controllare il ltro dell‘aspira-

zione.

• Vericare che il tubo essibile

dell‘aspirazione non sia piegato.

• Vericare che il tubo essibile

dell‘aspirazione sia montato

ermeticamente sul bocchettone

di raccordo (D, Fig. 2, 4).

• Selezionare un livello di aspira-

zione più elevato.

Il fusibile scatta. • L’assorbimento di potenza

dell’aspiratore collegato è

troppo alto, rispettare il va-

lore di allacciamento mass.

(vedi dati tecnici).

• Collegare l’aspiratore ad una

presa di corrente separata.

chiuso a sufcienza.

• Inserire la fresa nell’anello di

serraggio no alla battuta.

• Chiudere l’anello di serraggio più

fortemente.

Non è possibile

inserire la fresa.

• Non si utilizzata una fresa

originale Renfert.

• Utilizzare esclusivamente delle

frese originali Renfert.

Non è possibile

togliere la fresa.

• L’anello di serraggio non è

sufcientemente aperto.

• Corrosione del gambo

della fresa.

• Aprire di più l’anello di serraggio.

• Inviare l’apparecchio a riparare

al centro assistenza.

Non è possibile

aprire l’anello di

serraggio.

• Questo è stato serrato

troppo fortemente.

• Inviare l’apparecchio a riparare

al centro assistenza.

L’aspiratore

connesso non si

mette in funzione.

• L’aspiratore non è acceso.

• L’aspiratore si trova nel

modo automatico.

• La presa non è alimentata.

• Accendere l’aspiratore.

• Selezionare il modo operativo

continuativo sull’aspiratore.

• Inviare l’apparecchio a riparare
