IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PRORELAX TENS UNITS ARE PARTICULARLY SAFE AND USER
FRIENDLY. THE INTENSITY CAN THEREFORE ONLY BE ADJUSTED
WHEN THE TREATMENT BELT IS FASTENED AND THE ELECTRODES
ARE IN CONTACT WITH THE SKIN.

Thank you for purchasing our TENS BACK PAIN RELIEF SYSTEM. This pro-
duct has been designed for people who suer from muscular tension in their lower
back. The TENS BACK PAIN RELIEF SYSTEM ghts back pain the natural way with no
side eects. We want you to be totally satised with this product, which should help
you reduce your pain.
Your TENS BACK PAIN RELIEF SYSTEM is a Transcutaneous Electric Nerve
Stimulation (TENS) device. It provides treatment in the low frequency range. When
using this method, weak electrical pulses are produced onto the skin using two or
more electrodes.
This stimulates muscles, nerve bres and acupuncture meridians in order to activate
your body’s own pain relief mechanisms.
Chronic pain can be treated with dierent methods such as medication or opera-
tions or with alternative treatment methods such as acupuncture or TENS.
The TENS treatment can block pain signals by interrupting the transmission of
impulses through the skin by means of electric impulses. As a result, the signal “pain”
is not transmitted to the brain and thus not felt as pain.
Furthermore, it will work with the body’s own pain inhibitors; gentle electric currents
from the TENS device stimulate the release of endorphins that function as a pain
reducer. The pain is therefore stopped, eased or removed by the body itself.
This electrical stimulation cannot remove the causes of, or cure of a disease, but it
could help ease or block pain in the body.
In order to achieve all the benets from the
TENS BACK PAIN RELIEF SYSTEM , we ask you to carefully read the following
safety information and warnings.
