and!the!Incoming!Call!window!displays.!!To!answer!the!second!call,!tap!Answer.

!Review&Calls

oTap!the!button!at!the!top!left!of!your!screen!that!looks!like!a!clock.

oA!list!appears!of!all!your!missed,!received!and!dialed!calls.

oSort!the!calls!by!tapping!the!double!arrow!button!(top!right!of!the!screen).

oDelete!call!by!tapping!the!trash!can!button!(top!right!of!the!screen).

oFilter!the!view!by!tapping!the!funnel!button!(top!right!of!the!screen).

!Place&a&Call&on&Hold

oIf!the!call!is!not!already!highlighted,!tap!the!display!to!highlight.

oTap!Hold.

!Transfer&a&call

oTap!the!Trnsfer!button!on!the!screen.

oTap Blind

oDial!the!number!to!be!transferred!to,!then!tap!the!GREEN!button.

oHang!up.

!Listen&to&Voicemail&–&Dial&1440&and&follow&the&prompts.&&OR:&&

oOn!the!status!bar,!tap

Transfer a call directly into Voicemail

Press Trnsfer.

Dial *7 and the extension to be transferred to.

Press the Green button, then hang up.
