The PND GD-01 gas sensor is used to detect several types of gas: LPG, natural gas,
CO gas, 25% LEL gas. It is designed specifically for homes but can also be used in other
applications such as commercial spaces, living spaces, etc.

Installation instructions
1. Installation location of the sensor: within a radius of 1.5 meters away from the gas
leak.
2. LPG is heavier than air, the alarm should be installed at a height of 0.3 - 1.2 meters
above the ground.
3. Natural gas, coal gas and CO are lighter than air, the alarm should be installed at a
distance of 0.3 - 1.2 meters from the ceiling.
Installation notes:
• Do not allow the appliance to come into contact with oil smoke or steam from cooking;
• Do not install the appliance in uncontrolled areas;
• Do not let other materials hang on the sensor, such as the curtains on the window;
• Do not install the appliance in steamed areas, such as the bathroom.
Use
(1) When connecting the sensor to a power supply, the green and yellow LEDs will light
up. Shortly the yellow LED will turn off and the red LED will blink slowly for about 3
minutes indicating the sensor initialization. At the end of the initialization you will hear a
confirmation sound and the sensor will enter normal mode. The green LED stays on for
the duration of operation.
(2) When the gas reaches the limit point, the red LED lights up and the siren sounds.
Close the gas and air the area. When the gas density drops below the alarm point, the
siren will turn off and the red LED will go off.
(3) If the sensor fails, the yellow LED will light up. Try resetting the sensor by removing it
and refilling it. If the fault persists contact the supplier.

((4) The PNI GD-01 gas sensor is designed to work with the V-02 PNI solenoid valve.
The electromagnetic electromagnetic valve will close the gas leak when the sensor
sends its signal.
Alarm solutions
A. Please open the door and the window to let the gas come out of the room, close the
valve and do not touch any electrical switch or power cord and do not use the fire.
B. Look for an authorized technician to detect the source of gas leakage and to fix the
problem.
C. Make the room ventilated after repair, the alarm will turn off automatically.
Maintenance
(1) Normal lighter test: use a normal gas lighter and insert gas into a normal plastic bag.
Allow to collect gas for 3-4 minutes. Insert the gas sensor into the gas bag. If the sensor
triggers, the alarm detector is in the parameters. (Hint: do the test once a month to prove
the reliability of the detector).
(2) Normal cleaning: Clean the dust sensor or other deposited substances to ensure
normal operation. Before cleaning, please close the solenoid valve, then clean the dust
with a soft brush and do not clean directly with chemicals or water.
(3) Do not use some aqueous substances near the sensor. Do not use spray to kill
insects, oil, alcohol, etc.
Connecting PNI sensor GD-01 with PNI V-02 solenoid valve
The plug is plugged into the plug (plug & play) without any adjustments, but both
products can be adapted for other solenoid valves and sensors if the muffler system is
changed.
A. Brown thread connects to "-" (mass) from "-" the solenoid valve.
B. The blue wire connects to the "+" (charge) at the "+" solenoid valve.
C. Power is supplied at 230V c.c.
Cable recommendations
1. Cable: two-sided, 2 x 0.3 mm² or larger
2. Cable length <20 meters
Maintenance
An inspection of the appliance should be performed regularly. In the event of a fault,
contact the supplier for immediate repairs.

Senzorul de gaz PNI GD-01 este folosit pentru a detecta mai multe tipuri de gaz: LPG,
gaz natural, gaz CO, gaz 25% LEL. Este conceput special pentru locuinte dar poate fi
folosit si in alte aplicatii cum ar fi: spatii comerciale, spatii de locuit, etc.

Indicatii pentru instalare
1. Locul de instalare a senzorului: pe o raza de 1,5 metri departare fata de scurgerile de
gaz.
2. LPG-ul este mai greu decat aerul, alarma ar trebui instalata la o inaltime de 0,3 – 1,2
metri deasupra pamantului.
3. Gazul natural, gazul de huila si CO sunt mai usoare decat aerul, alarma ar trebui
instalata la o distanta de 0,3 – 1,2 metri fata de tavan.
Note de instalare:
• Nu lasati aparatul sa intre in contact cu fumul de la ulei sau in raza aburului de la gatit;
• Nu instalati aparatul in zone neaerisite;
• Nu lasati alte materiale sa stea pe senzor, cum ar fi perdeaua de la fereastra;
• Nu instalati aparatul in zone cu vapori, cum ar fi baia.
Utilizare
(1) Cand conectati senzorul la o sursa de alimentare LED-urile verde si galben se vor
aprinde. In scurt timp LED-ul galben se va stinge iar cel rosu va clipi rar timp de
aproximativ 3 minute indicand initializarea senzorului. La finalul initializarii veti auzi un
sunet de confirmare iar senzorul va intra in modul normal de functionare. LED-ul verde
ramane aprins pe toata durata functionarii.
(2) Atunci cand gazele ating punctul limita, led-ul rosu se aprinde iar sirena va suna.
Inchideti gazul si aerisiti zona. Cand densitatea gazului scade sub punctul de alarma,
sirena se va opri iar LED-ul rosu se va stinge.
(3) Daca senzorul se defecteaza LED-ul galben se va aprinde. Incercati reinitializarea
senzorului prin scoaterea si realimentarea acestuia. Daca defectul continua contactati
furnizorul.

(4) Senzorul de gaz PNI GD-01 este construit sa lucreze cu electrovalva PNI V-02.
Electrovalva electromagnetica va inchide scurgerea de gaz atunci cand senzorul va
trimite semnal acesteia.
Solutii in caz de alarma
A. Va rugam sa deschideti usa si fereastra pentru a lasa gazul sa iasa din camera,
inchideti valva si nu atingeti nici un intrerupator electric sau vreun cablu de alimentare si
nu folositi focul.
B. Cautati un tehnician autorizat pentru a detecta sursa scurgerii de gaze si pentru
remedia problema.
C. Asigurati aerisierea incaperii dupa reparatie, alarma se va opri in mod automat.
Intretinere
(1) Test normal cu bricheta: folositi o bricheta normala cu gaz si introduceti gaz intr-o
punga normala de plastic. Lasati sa se adune gaz timp de 3-4 minute. Introduceti
senzorul de gaz in punga de gaz. Daca senzorul se declanseaza inseamna ca
detectorul de alarma este in parametri. (Sugestie: faceti testul o data pe luna pentru a
demonstra fiabilitatea detectorului).
(2) Curatare normala: curatati senzorul de praf sau alte substante depuse pentru
asigurarea functionarii normale a acestuia. Inainte de curatare, va rugam sa inchideti
electrovalva, apoi curatati praful cu o perie moale si nu curatati direct cu substante
chimice sau apa.
(3) Nu utilizati unele substante apoase in apropierea senzorului. Nu utilizati spray-urile
pentru omorarea insectelor, ulei, alcool, etc.
Conectarea senzorului PNI GD-01 cu electrovalva PNI V-02
Conectarea se face mufa in mufa (plug & play) fara alte ajustari, insa ambele produse
se pot adapta si pentru alte aparate de tip electrovalva, respectiv senzor daca se
schimba sistemul de mufare.
A. Firul maro se conecteaza la "-" (masa) de la "-" electrovalvei.
B. Firul albastru se conecteaza la "+" (sarcina) de la "+" electrovalvei.
C. Alimentarea cu energie se face la 230V c.c.
Recomandari pentru cablu
1. Cablu: bifilar, 2 x 0.3 mm² sau mai mare
2. Lungimea cablului < 20 metri
Intretinere
Trebuie efectuata regulat o inspectie a aparatului. In caz de defect, contactati furnizorul
pentru reparatii imediate.

Telepítési utasítások
1. Az érzékelő telepítési helye: a gázszivárgástól számított 1,5 méteres sugarú körön
belül.
2. Az LPG nehezebb, mint a levegő, a riasztót 0,3 - 1,2 méteres magasságban kell
felszerelni a talaj felett.
3. A földgáz, a színárnyalat és a CO könnyebb a levegőnél, a riasztót 0,3 - 1,2 méteres
távolságra kell felszerelni a mennyezetről.
Telepítési megjegyzések:
• Ne hagyja, hogy a készülék érintkezzen olajfüsttel vagy gőzzel a főzésből;
• Ne helyezze a készüléket szabályozatlan területekre;
• Ne hagyja, hogy más anyagok lógjanak az érzékelőn, például az ablak függönyét;
• Ne helyezze a készüléket párolt területekre, például a fürdőszobába.
Használat
(1) Az érzékelő áramellátáshoz történő csatlakoztatásakor a zöld és a sárga LED világít.
Röviddel a sárga LED kialszik, és a piros LED lassan villogni fog körülbelül 3 percig, jelezve az
érzékelő inicializálását. Az inicializálás végén egy megerősítő hang hallható, és az érzékelő
normál üzemmódba lép. A zöld LED folyamatosan üzemel.
(2) Amikor a gáz eléri a határértéket, a piros LED világít és a sziréna hangzik. Zárja be a gázt és
levegőt szüntesse meg. Amikor a gázsűrűség a riasztási pont alá esik, a sziréna leáll és a piros
LED kialszik.
(3) Ha az érzékelő meghibásodik, a sárga LED világít. Próbálja meg újra az érzékelőt eltávolítani
és újratölteni. Ha a hiba továbbra is fennáll, forduljon a szállítóhoz.
(4) A PNI GD-01 gázérzékelőt a V-02 PNI mágnesszelep működtetésére tervezték. Az
elektromágneses elektromágneses szelep lezárja a gázszivárgást, amikor az érzékelő elküldi a
jelet.
