Cannot
charge device
• Make sure the USB cable is
plugged into the output port;
unplug the USB cable and try
again.
• Try another USB charging
cable.
• Press the power on button to
turn the powerbank on.
Cannot

device whilst
charging
power bank
• The power bank can not
support the output whilst being
charged. Please wait until the
power bank is fully charged or
unplug the micro USB charging
cable or USB-C charging cable
at the input port.

• Connect the power bank to
your power source to ensure
the power bank has sufficient
battery.

Connect the supplied Micro USB cable to the Micro
USB charging port on the device and the other end to
a power source. You can also use a USB-C cable (not
included) to connect to the USB-C charging port on the
device and the other end to a power source to charge
the powerbank. Please charge for 2 hours to fully
charge the powerbank before use.
Connect a USB-cable (not included) to either of the USB
ports and the other end to your device. The powerbank
will start charging the connected device.

source. Do not charge it any other
way.

Children should be supervised to
ensure they do not play with the
