UseResponsibly
1. Do not use headphones when it’s unsafe to do so –
while operating a vehicle, crossing streets, or during any
activity or in an environment where your full attention to
your surroundings is required.
2. It ‘s dangerous to drive while wearing headphones, and in
many places, illegal because it decreases your chances of
hearing life-saving sounds outside of your vehicle, such as
another car’s horn and emergency vehicle sirens.
3. Please avoid wearing your headphones while driving. Use
one of Monster’s FM transmitters to listen to your mobile
media devices instead.
4. Learn how to establish a safe listening level and review
other important safety guidelines from the Consumer
Electronics Association at www.ce.org and the Deafness
Research Foundation at www.drf.org.

InstallingSuperTipsontoYourHeadphones
To install, with the rounded end facing out, slide SuperTips
onto the earpipe of your headphones, making sure they
are pushed on until completely seated.
If the earpipes on your headphones are narrow
and the SuperTips are loose and don’t stay on,
use the included adaptors.
Slide the adaptors onto the earpipe first, completely
encasing the earpipe, then install SuperTips as
described above.
Note:If the earpipe of your headphone extends out past
the end of SuperTips, you have pushed them on too far.

ProperHeadphoneInsertion
Proper insertion of your headphones into your ears will
make the difference between good sound and great sound.
With SuperTips providing the right seal, you’ll get better
isolation from unwanted outside noise, increased bass
response, better tonal balance and your headphones
will stay in your ears better.
1. Install SuperTips onto your headphones,
as described in the previous section.
2. Using your right hand, grasp the right headphone.
3. With your left hand, pull up and
back on your right ear to
straighten your ear canal.
4. Carefully insert your right
headphone so that it seals
completely and comfortably
in your ear. Do NOT insert the
headphone so deeply that your
ear canal feels completely “plugged.”

FitTesting
A good way to gauge whether or not the SuperTip is sealing
properly in your ear canal is by snapping your fingers right
next to your ear. If the seal is proper, your ear will not feel
“plugged,” yet the snapping of your fingers will sound dull
and distant. If you hear your finger snaps distinctly, the
seal is probably not adequate. If the sound of your finger
snapping is dull and distant, but your ear feels plugged up,
like you’re on an airplane preparing to land, then you’ve
over-inserted the SuperTip.
UsingSuperTipsonFlightsorAtHighAltitudes
When using SuperTips at different altitudes, the air pressure
within your ears may change, thereby changing the sound
that you hear from the headphones. This is especially true
with the gains and drops in altitude during airplane travel.
To help with this, occasionally break the seal and re-insert
your headphones into your ears. Another helpful tip is the
common exercise of holding your nose and very gently
blowing through it, which can relieve some of the pressure
in your ears.

CleaningSuperTips
Keeping your SuperTips clean is essential for safe,
hygienic use.
IMPORTANT:DONOT attempt to clean the SuperTips
without first removing them from your headphones.
Getting the delicate circuitry inside your headphones
wet may cause permanent damage.
SuperTipsGel
1. Remove SuperTips Gel from your headphones.
2. Use warm water and mild soap on a damp cloth
to remove dirt and earwax from SuperTips.
Do NOT use harsh cleaning agents or alcohol.
3. Rinse and completely dry SuperTips Gel before placing
them back on your headphones
4. Reinstall SuperTips Gel on your headphones, making sure
they are on the earpipe completely.

SuperTipsFoam
Because foam is an absorbent material, extra care should
be used cleaning them to avoid water soaking into the
tip. You should not clean them in the same manner as
SuperTips Gel. Do NOT use cleaning agents and do not
submerge SuperTips Foam.
1. Remove SuperTips Foam from your headphones.
2. Using a cloth or paper towel dampened with water only,
wipe the exterior, removing any earwax build-up.
3. To clean inside of the sound tube portion, insert a rolled
up piece of cloth or paper towel into the tube and
remove build up.
4. Let SuperTips Foam completely dry before placing them
back on your headphones.
5. Reinstall SuperTips Foam on your headphones, making
sure they are on the earpipe completely.

RevolverEartipCase
Your SuperTips include a Revolver Eartip Case to avoid losing
your extra SuperTips. Simply push the SuperTips into the slots.
To remove, push on the back of the case.
