Warnungen

Der Trocknerkorb darf nur in einem

Miele Trockner betrieben werden,

der durch Miele speziell für diesen Ge-

brauch ausgewiesen ist!

Die Gebrauchsanweisung des

Miele Trockners muss zusätzlich

beachtet werden.

Zerstörungsgefahr!

Beachten Sie deshalb:

–keine Textilien oder Gegenstände zu-

sätzlich in die Trocknertrommel le-

gen. Prüfen Sie, ob die Trocknertrom-

mel leer ist, bevor Sie den Trockner-

korb einsetzen.

– den Trocknerkorb nie schräg einset-

zen!

– Überhitzung vermeiden! Das Pro-

gramm Lüften warm nur in Kombi-

nation mit Schonen wählen.

–Ärmel, Bänder, Gurte, Stiefelschäfte

usw. dürfen nicht mit der Trockner-

trommel oder den Trommelrippen in

Kontakt kommen. Durch Verknoten

können Trocknerkorb und Trockner

beschädigt werden.

Die maximale Höhe des zu trocknen-

den Produktes darf 250 mm nicht

überschreiten!

Gebrauch

^Der Trocknerkorb dreht sich nicht in

der Trocknertrommel mit. Somit kön-

nen Sie solche Produkte trocknen

oder auslüften, die nicht mechanisch

beansprucht werden sollen.

^Beachten Sie für den richtigen Ge-

brauch die Bilder a-eauf Seite 4.

AÖffnen Sie die Trockner-Tür.

BHängen Sie den Trocknerkorb so in

die Einfüllöffnung des Trockners ein:

^den Trocknerkorb waagerecht in die

Trommel führen (Bild a).

^die beiden vorderen Laschen am

Trocknerkorb müssen Sie in die Nut

an der Dichtung einhängen (Bild b).

Der Trocknerkorb stützt sich zusätz-

lich im Inneren des Trockners ab.

Den Trocknerkorb immer waage-

recht einsetzen (Bild c).

CBeladen Sie den Trocknerkorb rich-

tig. Maximale Tragkraft: 3 kg!

DSchließen Sie die Trockner-Tür.

EWählen Sie das Programm

Lüften

kalt

oder

Lüften warm

und

Schonen

Andere Programme sind nicht geeignet,

denn aufgrund der Beladungserken-

nung im Miele Trockner erfolgt nach

kurzer Zeit ein Programmabbruch.

FNehmen Sie nach dem Gebrauch

den Trocknerkorb immer aus dem

Trockner heraus.

^Den Trocknerkorb können Sie mit mil-

dem Reinigungsmittel oder Seifenlau-

ge reinigen und mit einem weichen

Tuch abtrocknen.

Beispiele für Textilien / Produkte

Alle Produkte müssen thermisch unempfindlich sein. Im Zweifelsfall diese

nur kalt auslüften!

Maximales Gewicht des (nassen) Produktes: 3 kg.

Diverses aus Wolle

–Handschuhe, Schals, Socken, Mützen.

Produkte mit Synthetik-, Gore-Tex®-, Lederanteilen

–Sportschuhe, Schuhe, Kinderschuhe, mit herausnehmbaren Einlegesohlen

(ca. 100-120 Minuten trocknen).

–Tasche oder Rucksack.

Sonstige Textilien / Produkte

–Stofftier (z.B. Teddybär) (ca. 70-100 Minuten trocknen).

–Festliche Kleidung, wie z.B ein Paillettentop.

Hinweise

–Ärmel, Gürtel oder Bänder zusammenlegen bzw. zusammenbinden, sodass

sie im Trocknerkorb liegen.

–Wir empfehlen, keine großen Wolltextilien, wie z.B. Pullover zu trocknen, weil

hierbei Falten fixiert werden könnten.

–Wählen Sie anfangs nicht die längste Zeit. Stellen Sie durch Probieren fest,

welche Zeit am besten geeignet ist.

Zerstörungsgefahr!

–Keine großen Produkte in den Trocknerkorb legen (z.B. Stiefel mit langen

Schäften, große Taschen oder Rucksäcke), die mit der Trommel oder den

Trommelrippen des Trockners in Kontakt kommen können.

–Schnürsenkel und Einlegesohlen unbedingt aus Schuhen entfernen.

Tipps

–Aus hygienischen Gründen empfehlen wir, nur saubere Produkte in den Trock-

nerkorb zu legen.

–Damit Produkte gleichmäßig trocknen oder auslüften, legen Sie z.B. nur ein

Paar Schuhe in den Trocknerkorb und öffnen Sie Schuhe oder Taschen weit.

Warning and Safety

instructions

The drying basket may only be

used in a Miele tumble dryer which

has been specified as suitable for its

use.

To avoid the risk of damage please

make sure you also read the

operating instructions supplied with

your Miele tumble dryer before using

the drying basket.

Please also note the following:

– Do not place other textiles or objects

in the dryer at the same time as

using the drying basket. Make sure

the drum is empty before positioning

the drying basket.

– The drying basket must not be

positioned at an angle.

– To avoid the risk of overheating you

must select the Low temperature

option when using the Timed drying

warm air programme.

–Sleeves, ties and belts, knee length

boots etc. must be completely

contained in the basket and must not

come into contact with the drum or

with the drum ribs in the dryer. If

these were to get tangled up the

drying basket and the dryer could

suffer damage.

The maximum height of an item being

dried must not exceed 250 mm.

Use

^The drying basket does not rotate

with the drum. This enables items

which must not be subjected to

mechanical action to be dried or aired.

^See illustrations a-eon page 4 for

further instructions on using the

drying basket correctly.

AOpen the tumble dryer door.

BHook the drying basket onto the

drum aperture as illustrated:

^Make sure the drying basket is sitting

horizontally in the drum

(illustration a).

^The two brackets at the front of the

drying basket must be hooked into

the groove in the door seal

(illustration b).

The drying basket also supports itself

inside the dryer.

The drying basket must sit

horizontally in the drum (illustration c).

CLoad the drying basket correctly.

Maximum load: 3 kg!

(illustrations c-e).

DClose the tumble dryer door.

ESelect

Timed drying cool air

Timed drying warm air

together

with the

Low temperature

option.

Other programmes cannot be used

because the load monitoring system in

the tumble dryer will cause the

programme to abort after a short while.

FWhen you have finished using the

drying basket take it out of the

tumble dryer.

^If necessary it can be cleaned using

a mild cleaning agent or soapy water.

Dry using a clean soft cloth.

Only use one of the following

programmes

For airing For airing and drying

Timed drying cool air

Timed drying warm air together

with Low temperature

–

Suitable textiles / items

All items must be thermally stable. If in doubt air only using cool air.

Maximum weight of wet items: 3 kg.

Woollen items such as

–Gloves, scarves, socks, hats

Items with synthetic, Gore-Tex®or leather components

–Trainers and shoes with removable insoles (drying time approx. 100-120

minutes).

–Bags and rucksacks.

Other textiles / items

–Cuddly toys (e.g. teddy bears) (drying time approx. 70-100 minutes).

–Party wear, e.g tops with sequins.

Important

–Sleeves, belts and ties should be folded in or secured so that they are

completely contained within the drying basket.

–We do not advise the drying of large woollen garments such as jumpers. Any

folds could be made permanent by the drying process.

–Do not select the longest drying time to start with. Check the items as you are

drying them to find the optimum time.

To prevent the risk of damage:

–Do not place large items which could come into contact with the drum or drum

ribs in the drying basket (e.g. knee length boots, large bags or rucksacks).

–Shoe laces and insoles must be taken out of shoes.

Useful tips

–For hygiene reasons you should only use the drying basket for airing and

drying clean items.

–To ensure even airing or drying only dry one pair of shoes at a time. Shoes and

bags should be opened up as far as possible.
