Foreword
Before start operating,we strongly suggest you to read the user manual carefully. Following the
instructions here w ill ensure your safety while operating the machine,eas ily achieve the best
effect,as well as understand the right way to care for and maintain the machine,hence to prolong
the product life cycle.
Safety information
1. Keep the fixture dry. For indoor and outdoor used.
2. Use grounded electrical outlet. Prior to use,make sure that unit is installed at the rated voltage.
3. Turn off or unplug when not using it.
4. This machine is not water-proof. Please keep it
away from
moisture and water. If
moisture,water,or fluid gets inside the housing, stop using it.
5. No user serviceable and modifiable pa rts inside. Do not disassemble the housing and do any
modification, otherwise it
might cause damage to the unit or danger of burning.
6. For adult use only. Fixture must be installed out of the reach of children.Never leave the un it
running unattended. Keep it away from fire,combustible
and flammable materials.
7. Position the machine in well-ventilated area. Please leave about 50cm spaces su rrounding the
unit.
8. Please do not use the fixture under high temperature.
9. Never add flammable liquids of any kind (oil,gas,perfume) to the fog liquid.
10. If something wrong happen while using, please stop the fixture immediately,
cut off the power,and check the fog liquid amount, fuse, power cable and power plug. If problem
could not be resolved, please contact with your dealer.
11. Use only MARK ® high-quality fog liquid.
12. Never dr ink liquid. If it
is ingested, call a doctor immediately for any discomfort. If
liquid
comes in contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

1. Connect the DMX controlling line, open the base of the fixture, and remove the oil tank to add
fluid,carefully not to exceed the mark on the tank to prevent oil
from spilling out, and then press
the cap down and check tightly, finally place the oil tank back carefully and cover it.
2. If you need to use fixture upside down, just put machine upside down and remove the tank, put
the tank upside down and then re-inserted into the base.
3. Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, then oil bottles displaying in red is in heating,
set address code, waiting for about seven minutes, when the machine is well heated, oil bottles
will be displayed in blue, the LCD display can also be observed to understand the heating state of
the machine.
Promote push rod of the console, the machine will begin to spray, the pump may emit shaking

two: connect the machine with any outside oil bottle, no need to fill the fluid in the height, suitable
for being used in the high place and long-term using.

5. Adding fluid must be careful to prevent fluid from flowing into the machine.
The fluid should be poured out and keep the o il bottle dry when the machine in shipment.
Buttons Menu Instruction:

"MENU" ：Menu pages choose;
"UP"
"DOWN"
：Decrease, also “volume” button f or fog output;
"ENTER" ：In/out, also for “stop” button.
Press the “Menu”button to switch the display page, a total of 5 pages, as follows:
First page.
“Ready To Fog"
The content displaying on the screen means the machine can start to work
The second page.
“DMX512 Address."
This page Displays Se ttings page for the DMX address by "UP" and "DOWN" button to set the
DMX address code, ranging from 1 to 512;
The third page.
“Wireless Set"
This page displays settings for the wireless control function, in this page by pressing the "UP" or
"DOWN" button to set ON or OFF (open or closed wireless control function);
The fourth page.
Increase
“Pan Inverse"
This page allows to change the PAN axis sense by pressing the "UP" or "DOWN”

"Tilt Inverse"
Manual control function
By the "TIMER", "VOLUME" and "STOP" button to manually operate the machine spraying
work. When the machine is heated well, the "Ready To Fog" is in the display page, press the
button "VOLUME", the machine w ill
begin to work; press the bu tton "STOP", the machine will
stop work.
Note: Only the page displays "Ready To Fog", the button will
work. Otherwise, bu ttons do not
work, and turn into conventional functions.
Wireless control function
ON Spray, OFF Stop
1. Identify the wireless transmitter
When the machine is powered and the remote control function se ttings page was set ON in
last use, the LCD controller will
display "Wireless Set up", then the wireless transmitter can be
identified in this state. When you press the button on the wireless transmitter (need to stay at least
1 second), if the LCD controller back light flashes twice, then explained that it
had identified a
wireless transmitter. A machine can only identify 5 transmitter, if the five have been identified to a
wireless transmitter, and when identify the six, the initial identification should be cleared.
If the wireless controller has identified 5 wireless transmitter in last power, the identified
previously transmitters will
be cleared, if at least
one wireless transmitter is identified when
powered again.
For example:
A machine needs to identify 3 wireless transmitters. "Wireless Setup" displays on the LCD
screen within 15 seconds, please press any button of 3 wireless transmitters respectively. When the
LCD back light flashes twice, it identify a wireless transmitter, if the back light does not flash, you
will need to re-identify.
A wireless transmitter to control two or more machines. Two machines should be powered
simultaneously, when "Wireless Setup"displays on the LCD screen of the two machines, press any

button of wireless transmitter, when LCD back light of the two machines flashes twice, then
release button.
2. Machine works under wireless control
After the machine finished heating, press any key of wireless transmitter, machines can start to
work, release the button, the machine stopped will stop work.
Note:
If the wireless control function is set off ( "Wireless Set OFF" on the LCD screen), when
powered again, it will not display"Wireless Set up" page.
When the machine identifies a wireless transmitter, you must wait until
the back light of LCD
screen flashes twice, then release the bu tton, because only in this state, it recognizes the wireless
transmitter.
DMX control
After the machine connect the DMX signal, the LCD screen can only display DMX-512 address
settings page, you can modify DMX-512 address codes by pressing the "UP" or "DOWN" bu tton
at this time. DMX control channels as follows:
DMX channel
Channel 1: Fog
(
0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, the output volume of smoke gradually become larger)
Channel 2: Red
( 0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, red become ligther)
Channel 3: Green ( 0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, green become ligther)
Channel 4: Blue
( 0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, blue become ligther)
Channel 5: Yellow
( 0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, yellow become ligther)
Channel 6: Color mixing( 0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, color mixing)
Channel 7: Strobe ( 0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, LED strobe become faster)
Channel 8: Dimmer ( 0-9 OFF, 10-255 ON, LED dimmer become lighter)
Channel 9: X-axis control (0-255 corresponds to 0-540 degree)
Channel 10: Y-axis control (0-255 corresponds to 0-270 degree )
Routine maintenance and solutions to faults
1.Can not pollute the fluid in order to keep the fluid clean, the cap should be tighten immediately
after adding oil , and regularly clean the filter inside of the oil bottle .
2. After 40 hours of con tinuous use, please use 80% dist illed water and 20% white vinegar mixed
into a detergent to clean the impurities inside the heater.
3. Unscrew the oil cap, remove the suction pipe, and plug in the power, making it spray
continuously 3-4 times in the open area, and then put suction pipe back into the oil bottle to spray
once again until the smoke can be normal.
4. All moving head machines are likely to be blocked, due to frequent oil filter unclean or
long-term use, so regular maintenance can be more long-term use. When you hear the vibration of
the pump more than two minutes but no smoke out, the reasons should be a heater sealed problem.

●Introducción
Gracias por la adquisición de la cabeza móvil LED con máquina de humo MK 1600
Antes de poner en marcha la unidad, le recomendamos que lea el manual de uso
cuidadosamente. Siguiendo las instrucciones que contiene, se asegurará una manejo
óptimo y seguro del dispositivo, así como entender el correcto funcionamiento y
mantenimiento para prolongar la vida útil del producto.

Instrucciones de seguridad
1. Mantenga seca la unidad. Puede ser usado sólo en interior.
2. Use una base con terminal de toma de tierra. Antes de ponerla en marcha,
asegúrese que la base dispone del voltaje correcto.
3. Apague la unidad y des conéctela cuando no la use.
4. La unidad no es resistente al agua por lo que debe estar apartada de la humedad
o el agua. Si humedad, agua u otros líquidos entran en la unidad, deje de usarla
de inmediato.
5. No hay elementos de control para el usuario en el interior de la unidad. No la
abra ni realice ningún tipo de modificación, de otra manera podría causar daños
en la unidad o riesgo de incendio.
6. La unidad debe ser utilizada por adultos y debe instalarse lejos del alcance de
los niños. Nunca deje la unidad en marcha sin supervisión. Manténgala apartada
de fuego, combustibles o materiales inflamables.
7. Coloque la unidad en una zona bien ventilada. Deje al menos 50 cm de espacio
alrededor.
8. Por favor, no utilice la unidad en ambientes de alta temperatura.
9. No utilice ningún líquido inflamable, gas o perfume como líquido en el depósito
10. S la unidad no se comporta de manera normal, deje de utilizarla de inmediato,
desconéctela y compruebe el cable de alimentación. Si no puede resolver el
problema contacte con su distribuidor.
11. Utilice únicamente liquido de humo de MARK ®

Conexión del depósito
externo
1. Conecte la línea de control DMX, abra la base de la unidad y retire el depósito para añadir líquido. Tenga
cuidado de no exceder el marca en el depósito para prevenir que el líquido se derrame y presione la tapa.
Finalmente, vuelva a colocar el depósito en su sitio.
2. si necesita usar la unidad boca abajo, colóquela en esta posición y saque el depósito, colocando el depósito
boca arriba y vuélvalo a colocar en su sitio.
3. Conecte la alimentación y pulse el interruptor, el LED junto al depósito pasará a rojo como que está
calentando, configure la dirección DMX y espera unos 7 minutos. Cuando la unidad ya está caliente, el
LED pasará a azul. Asimismo puede ir comprobando la pantalla LCD para el ver el estado del calentamiento.
4. Actúe sobre el canal dedicado en la consola, la máquina comenzará a disparar humo, la bomba emitirá
primero un sonido que se irá reduciendo conforme vaya pasando el líquido.
