• The appliance is intended for use by adults only.

sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless accompanied by a
responsible person.
• Consult a doctor before use if you have any doubts about your health, especially for
pregnant women, heart patients, etc.
• Do not use it if you have Osteoporosis or if you have a cardiac stimulation implant.
• Do not use it if you have irritated skin or other lesions.
• If you experience irritation, pain or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a

• Do not use the massage cushion before going to bed, as it acts as a stimulant and can delay
sleep.
• Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time.
• Do not immerse the unit in water. Do not use near liquids.
• Make sure the cushion is not exposed to direct sunlight or placed near any heat sources.
• Do not place any objects inside the cushion cover to avoid short circuit or electric shock.
• Do not use if the product, power cord, or wall outlet is damaged.

• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself.
• If the product or its parts are damaged, they must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its
service department, or a similarly qualified person to avoid danger.
• Make sure that it is not subjected to knocks or falls. Do not use it improperly.
• Carefully check the unit and its components before each use.
• Always unplug the unit when not in use or before cleaning.
• Make sure that the plug is unplugged and disconnected from the adapter before cleaning it.
• Clean the product with a dry cloth only. Do not use strong chemical detergents or alcohol. Do
not immerse the massager in water to clean it.
• If you do not use the cushion for an extended period of time, store it in a dark, cool, dry
place away from sunlight
1. Plug the cushion into an electrical outlet.
NOTE: Make sure the electrical outlet is 240V.
2. Press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds to turn on the massage cushion.
3. By default, it starts in heating mode.
4. Press the power button to switch from heating mode to massage mode.
(To switch from one mode to the other, simply press the on/off button briefly.)
5. The direction of the massage balls changes according to the selected mode.
6. The massage cushion will automatically stop after 15 minutes.
7. To turn it off manually, press the on/off button for 3 seconds.
8. Unplug the electrical outlet.
NOTE: We recommend 30 minutes of use each time.

Terms and Conditions:
1.This warranty is void if:
a. The completely filled warranty card is not presented at the time of servicing the product.
b. The product is not operated according to the instructions given under the user manual.
c. Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, fire, flood,
accident, negligence or improper handling.
d. Product has been damaged due to installation, repairs, alterations or modifications by unauthorized
service organizations or persons.
e. Product label specifying the model number, serial number and production code has been removed
and altered.
f. Defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains,
scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the product.
g. Claims damaged and/or missing parts (accessories) after 7 days from the original date of goods
received.
h. Defects or faults in product which have been used for commercial/industrial purposes or which
have been rented/leased or have been otherwise subject to non-household/non-domestic use.
2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by authorized service provider.
3. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its authorized service provider will repair without
charge the defective unit inclusive of labor and parts and restore the unit to its optimum working
condition. All defective parts used for the warranty repair should be surrendered to Lifelong and/or its
authorised servicer.
4. All expenses incurred in collecting the unit (s) or part(s) thereof from authorised service provider
as will as any other expenses and incidentals will be borne by the consumer.
5. Lifelong obligations are limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product. Except a set
forth above, there are no other express or implied warranty and all warrantied, conditions or other terms
implied by statute or common law (including any warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the lass.
6. Lifelong total liability for damages relating to or arising out of the purchase or use of the product
regardless of the type or cause of such damage of the form of characterization of the claim asserted
(e.g. contract or tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

7. However in no event shall Lifelong and Lifelong authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special
incidental, indirect or consequential lossesor damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages
for the loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, or contracts, business interruptions, loss of business
information or any other pecuniary loss.) Whether or not Lifelong has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.These limitations shall apply not with standing the failure of the essential purpose of any
limited warranty. This limited warranty does not affect consumer's statutory rights under the law.
8. No carrier, dealer or employee is there of authorized to make modifications to this warranty and you
should not reply on any such representation. Lifelong reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions
if necessary.
