1. Unlock the
winch by turning
the snap hook
from the quarter.
3. The tarpaulin
move from the
left to right side
of the trailer.
2. Insert the handle
then turn it clockwise.

straps in anti
vibrating pads.
9. Use the ratchet
to stretch side
straps.
10. When
stretched, keep
the ratchet tight
against trailer
bottom.
8. Then insert straps
edge in the ratchet.
