Important Information

CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. If the new toilet is not installed immediately,

temporarily place a rag in the closet ﬂange. Hazardous gases may leak from the

ﬂange opening if it is not blocked.

CAUTION:Risk of property damage. The tank-to-bowl connection bolts must be

securely tightened. Use a long screwdriver to tighten them. A short screwdriver

may not be sufficient due to the conﬁned space in the tank.

NOTE: If a baseboard causes the rough-in to be less than 12″(305 mm), it must be

cut or removed to allow space for the toilet.

IMPORTANT! Do not lift or rock the bowl after placement. If you break the

watertight seal, you must install a new wax seal.

NOTE: The toilet pictured in the installation steps may differ from the model being

installed.

ATTENTION: Risque de blessures. Si la nouvelle toilette n’est pas installée

immédiatement, placer temporairement un chiffon dans la bride de plancher. Des

gaz dangereux peuvent s’échapper de l’ouverture de la bride si celle-ci n’est pas

bloquée.

ATTENTION: Risque de dommages matériels. Les boulons de raccordement du

réservoir à la cuvette doivent être serrés en toute sécurité. Utiliser un tournevis

long pour les serrer. Un tournevis court pourrait ne pas être suffisant en raison de

l’espace conﬁné dans le réservoir.

REMARQUE: Si une plinthe fait en sorte que le raccordement est xérieur à 12″(305

mm), celle-ci doit être coupée ou retirée pour permettre plus d’espace pour la toilette.

IMPORTANT! Ne pas soulever ou secouer la cuvette après la mise en place. Si le

joint d’étanchéité à l’eau est brisé, il sera nécessaire d’installer un nouveau joint de

cire.

REMARQUE: La toilette illustrée dans les étapes d’installation peut être différente du

modèle installé.

PRECAUCIÓN: Riesgo de lesiones personales. Si el inodoro nuevo no se instala

de inmediato, cubra la brida de inodoro temporalmente con un trapo. Se pueden

fugar gases nocivos de la abertura de la brida si ésta no se tapa.

PRECAUCIÓN: Riesgo de daños a la propiedad. Los pernos de conexión del

tanque a la taza deben estar bien apretados. Utilice un destornillador largo para

apretarlos. Un destornillador corto puede no ser suﬁciente debido al espacio

reducido en el tanque.

NOTA: Si el zócalo causa que esta distancia sea menor de 12″(305 mm), debe cortar

el zócalo o quitarlo para que haya suﬁciente espacio para el inodoro.

¡IMPORTANTE! No levente ni columpie el inodoro después de colocado. Si el sello

hermético se rompe, tendrá que instalar un sello de cera nuevo.

NOTA: El inodoro ilustrado en los pasos de instalación puede diferir del modelo que

está instalando.

Slide the nut onto the supply hose, flared end

first, and run the hose through the toilet wall.

Rotate the canister so that the colored

buttons are in their original positions.

Thread the bolts into the bowl through

the bolt holes in the bottom of the tank.

Tighten the bolts using a screwdriver.

Do not overtighten.

Mark the hole location, drill a 3/16"

pilot hole.

Carefully thread the screws into the brackets,

until toilet is secure. Alternately tighten left

and right sides to prevent pulling the toilet off

center. Install cap to cover screw.

Do not overtighten.

à droite pour éviter de dé-centrer le W.C.

Position the green rod in the small hole,

black rod in the large hole. Cut the rods

even with the top of the housing.

Remove the rods from the housing.

Press the large button onto the black

rod and press the small button onto

the green rod.
