battery

pack

has

not

been

charged

at

the

factory

in

order

to

provide

you

with

the

greatest

number

of

charge

/

discharge

cycles

.

You

must

charge

the

battery

before

use

.

The

battery

pack

will

require

several

charge

/

discharge

cycles

before

you

can

expect

to

see

the

maximum

operating

period

between

charges.

If

the

battery

will

be

stored

for

greater

than

2

months

it

should

be

recharged

before

use.

Align

the

grooves

in

the

bat-

tery

pack

with

the

transceiver

and

slide

the

pack

to

the

right

until

it

locks

in

place.

To

remove

the,

battery

pack

push

up

on

the

RELEASE

button

and

slide

the

pack

to

the

left.
