Thi procedure mu t be performed at the end of each day ju t before the
machine i witched off. It i important the milk y tem i not u ed after
the machine ha been cleaned.
1. If you are u ing a milk cooler turn it off u ing the witch
on the back of the cooler or the witch on the wall.
2. Remove the two tube from the milk carton. Place the
milk carton in your fridge overnight.
3. Wipe out the milk fridge with a damp cloth.

5. Empty the drip tray and ground bin.
6. Turn the coffee machine OFF at programming panel ON-OFF witch (A).
Note: If you are u ing a milk fridge, it hould be left on 24 hour per day with the
door clo ed. The milk can be kept in the fridge overnight.
Traditional steam arm: After frothing milk wipe the team arm with a damp cloth.
Run the team for 2 econd to en ure the team arm i clean. At the end of the day
check the team arm i clean before turning off.
