IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
Be sure to read the entire manual before assembly and operation and provide
attention to the following safety precautions:
1. Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician.
2. If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or other abnormal symptoms while
using this treadmill, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor immediately.
3. Persons weighing over 110 kg should not use the treadmill. Only one person at a time
You should use this equipment; Never allow more than one person at a time up to the treadmill.
4. Keep children away from this equipment at all times, not a toy.
5. Keep your pets away from this equipment.
6. Inspect your equipment before exercising to ensure that all nuts and bolts.

7. Make sure that the levers or other adjustment mechanisms do not interfere with the area
movement during exercise.
8. Keep hands and feet away from all moving parts.
9. Outgoing should not leave any adjustment devices that may interfere with the
user movement.

11. Always use this treadmill in a clear, flat surface. Do not use outdoors or
near water.
12. Make sure you have enough space for assembly and use of equipment.
13. DO NOT use your treadmill on thick carpets or rugs, as they can prevent circulation
air that cools the engine.
14. This treadmill is intended solely for use at home.

15. The treadmill should only be switched on when it is deployed.
16. Before and after using this equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises.
17. Drink hydrating fluids (water) before, during and after any exercise.
18. DO NOT wear loose clothing while using the treadmill, in order to prevent them from tangling and
accidents occur. Use sportswear.
19. DO NOT stand on the running belt before starting with the exercises, keep on
running boards on the sides of the band and start your exercises when the band is already moving.
20. DO NOT start your workout with high speeds.
21. Consult a physician before your treadmill is used by people with disabilities
or elderly people.
22. DO NOT use the treadmill if you have a pacemaker or other cardiac device.
23. All pregnant women should consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
24. Should immediately replace damaged parts and, please work out again only to
they have been properly repaired.
25. DO NOT attempt to use the treadmill if the power cord is damaged. Contact the seller.
26. Turn off the switch and unplug the power cord when the treadmill is not in use.
27. Store in a clean and dry place.

ASSEMBLE
Your treadmill is preassembled, just follow these steps to start use:
Place the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing tools.
1. Lift the main bars so that they remain of vertical and place
the locking pin (A) as shown in Fig 1. (turn knob clockwise).
2. Place the folding pin (B) as shown in the Figure 1. This
serves to hold the main bar.
3. Place the handlebars in the main bar inserting the screws
(C) with the help of the Allen wrench (H). Connect the cable
from the computer and finally place the plastic covers (D) to
cover the screws.
4. Lock the computer (E) between the handle and the hole
orificiodel computer.
5. Place the emergency key (G) in the magnetic part of the
computer.

CLEANING THE INTERNAL SIDE BAND AND LUBE
To clean the inside of the band or to lubricate it, you must loosen the band's treadmill as shown in Figure 2,
once it is a little loose, put your hand under the band and a cloth wipe the surface to remove the accumulated
dirt or place a drop of oil lubricant in each of the sides (upper, middle and lower).
Once finished cleaning or lubricating the band, replace it as it was before. (See Figure 2)
HOW TO ADJUST THE BELT
Your band is factory set, but could stretch or misaligned. Perhaps
the running belt needs adjusting during first weeks of use.
Stretching be normal during the molding. (See Figure 2).
Turn right wing to tighten the band Turn left wing to loosen the band
(figure 2)

MAINTENANCE
• Always wear clean athletic shoes, to prevent them from carrying waste to the band.
• To clean the exposed side of the band, you can use a damp cloth.
• Fold the treadmill and sweep or vacuum the surface where it is, this will serve to prevent the
dust reaches the area of the band and cause it to malfunction.
• Before maintaining your treadmill, make sure it is turned off and unplugged of the outlet.
• Do not use solvents to clean the treadmill.
• If there are stubborn stains, oil or grease, or other dirt, use a cotton cloth with cleaning
mild detergent to clean your treadmill. Then use a dry cloth to remove excess liquid cleaner.
• Do not use any liquid or cleaning substance on the control panel, only a dry cloth.
• Do not immerse either side of the treadmill in cleaning fluids.
