The following instructions are provided to ensure your safety and to protect the unit from
accidental damage.
• Read these instructions – All the safety and operating instructions should be
read before this product is operated.
• Keep these instructions – The safety and operating instructions should be
retained for future reference.
• Heed all warnings – All warnings on the appliance and in the operating
instructions should be adhered to.
• Follow all instructions – All instructions for use and operation should be
followed.

Warning – This symbol indicates important safety instructions that must be fol-
lowed to avoid injury.
Caution – This symbol is to bring important information to your attention to avoid
the risk of injury or damage to the unit.
Prohibited – This symbol indicates a forbidden action. Adhere to these to reduce
the risk of injury or damage to the unit
Electrical Safety
• The unit should only be connected to a main power supply with volt-
age that matches that specied.
• To prevent overload, do not share the same power supply socket
with too many other electronic components.
• Do not place the power cord where it could be stepped on or tripped
over.
• Do not place heavy items on the power cord, they could damage the
wire.
• Do not allow water or moisture to enter the unit or power adapter.
• Do not use in wet, moist areas such as bathrooms, steamy kitchens
or near swimming pools.
• Pull the plug out immediately and seek professional help if the plug or power cord is
damaged, liquid is spilled onto the unit, if it is accidentally exposed to moisture or the
unit is not working normally.

Operation Safety
• Keep the product away from ammable gases and liquids,
candles and open ames.
• Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, stoves,
or other apparatus that produce heat.
• Do not attempt to repair or replace any part of this equip-
ment unless it is specically recommended in the user guide.
All other services should be referred to a qualied technician.
• Make sure the power cord is plugged rmly and completely
into the outlet.
• Hold the main plug, not the wires, when removing from a
socket.
• During a thunderstorm switch o the unit and unplug from
the socket.
• Do not handle the unit with wet hands.
• Only clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents or pe-
troleum based uids.
• Do not place heavy objects on the unit.
• Do not shake, knock or move the product while in operation,
you may damage the internal circuits.

What’s Included and Optional Parts
• Avoid Excessive use
Excessive oxygen therapy can be harmful to the human body. The unit will automatically
shut down after a usage time of 30 minutes to prevent accidental over-use.
• Direct the ow of oxygen correctly
Avoid directing the ow of oxygen towards your eyes. Prolonged airow directly to the
eyes from the headset outlet may cause the eyes to dry out.
• Handle with care
The aluminium cover acts as a heat sink and may become very hot after prolonged use.
Take care when handling and supervise children at all times.
• When not in use turn o power and replace outlet cap
Prolonged exposure of the internal parts to ambient air may compromise the functioning
of the unit
• This equipment is not to be used by children or persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities. Not a toy. Children should be supervised at all times.

Operation Instructions
1. Place the headset around the neck and gently direct the exible mouthpiece
towards the mouth and nose.
2. Connect one end of the silicone hose to the oxygen inlet on the headset.
3. Remove the silicone cap from the oxygen outlet on the main body and store
in a safe place.
4. Connect the other end of the silicone hose to the oxygen outlet on the main
body.
5. Connect the power supply to the back of the product and plug into power
socket.
6. Begin the ow of oxygen by gently pressing the power button.
7. After 30 minutes operation time the unit will automatically switch o. Unplug
the power and replace the silicone outlet cap to prevent damage.

How to Replace the Zeolite Filter
Maintenance Instructions
After 600 hours of operation, the LED light will ash, indicating it is time to replace the zeolite
lter. Contact your local customer service centre to purchase a replacement part then follow
the instructions below:
1. Open the unit as described above and locate the zeolite lter.
2. Loosen the screws on the plastic cover holding the zeolite lter in place and remove.
3. Remove the hose from the zeolite lter and take the component out. Replace with a
new zeolite lter.
4. Re-connect the hose into the new zeolite lter as shown below.
5. Replace the plastic cover and tighten the screws to x the zeolite lter in place. Replace
the aluminium cover and tighten the screws to complete reassembly.
6. To reset the automatic timer: Ensure the unit is switched o while plugged into a power
socket. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. Then press the power button
ve times.
Caution:
• Always turn o the product by pressing the power button. Unplugging while the unit
is drawing power may damage the plug socket and the unit.

After approximately 1,000 hours (or after the second zeolite lter change) the pump
performance may decline, with a noticeable reduction in airow. To maintain optimum
performance of the unit, contact your local customer service centre to purchase a re-
placement part, then follow the instructions below:
How to Replace the Vacuum Pump

How to Replace the Air Filters
To work eectively the internal and external air lters should be replaced when heavily disco-
loured, or every 6 months if no discolouration occurs.
Replace the External (Headset) Filter
Remove the hose from both sides of the old
lter and reattach them to both sides of the
replacement lter.
1. Open the unit as described above and locate the vacuum pump.
2. Remove the silicone gel from the top of the pump.
3. Disconnect the four silicone hoses.
4. Remove the cable connecting the pump and the PCB.
5. Lift the pump out and remove the silicone pad from underneath the pump.
6. Remove the four silicone feet and steel brackets from the base of the pump.
7. Attach the four silicone feet and steel brackets to the base of the replacement pump.
8. Replace the silicone pad on to the base of the pump and place it into the main body.
9. Re-connect the cable to connect it to the PCB.
10. Re-connect the four silicone hoses.
11. Replace the silicone gel onto the top of the pump.
12. Replace the aluminium cover and tighten the screws to complete reassembly.
Important
• Disconnect the power before carrying out maintenance
Replace the Internal Filter
1. Open the unit as described above and locate the internal lter.
2. Remove the hose connected to the lter and replace it with a new lter.
3. Replace the aluminium cover and tighten the screws to complete reassembly.

Before you call for service, review this list. It may save you time and expense. This list includes
common occurrences that are not the result of defect in workmanship or materials.
Problem – Unit will not turn on.
Possible Cause: Is power cord correctly connected to outlet?
Solution: Ensure power cord is properly inserted into the unit and socket. Check if the socket
is providing power
Possible Cause: Check if the voltage of DC adaptor is too low?
Solution: This product should be used with a DC 12V 2.5A adaptor.
Problem –The unit switches o during use
Possible Cause: Was the operation time 30 minutes?
Solution: The unit will automatically switch o after 30 minutes of operation to avoid acciden-
tal overuse and over-heating.
Possible Cause: The unit has over-heated due to prolonged use.
Solution: A temperature sensor will detect if the internal temperature of the unit exceeds 55
°C and prompt an automatic shutdown to prevent damage. Unplug the unit and allow to cool
before further operation
Problem – Oxygen concentration drops signicantly.
Possible cause: Humidity in the ambient air has damaged the zeolite lter.
Solution: Replace the zeolite lter. Always ensure the oxygen outow on the main body is cov-
ered by the cap when not in use.
Problem – The LED lights are not ashing in sequence as usual.
Possible cause: One LED ashing continuously indicates total operation time has reached 600
hours.
Solution: Replace zeolite lter and reset timer as described above.
Problem – Weak wind volume or unusual noise from the unit.
Possible cause: If zeolite lter or the vacuum pump has been replaced, tubes may have not
been replaced correctly or come loose.
Solution: Unplug the unit and remove the aluminium cover. Check all tube and wire connec-
tions are correct and properly attached.
Possible cause: The operation time has reached 1000 hours and the vacuum pump is due for
a replacement.
Solution: Replace the vacuum pump as described in this manual.
Troubleshooting

In this manual, you will nd a card containing details of your limited warranty and contact
details for your local customer services center, to whom all enquiries and warranty claims
should be directed. All warranties are rendered void and the cost of repair will be payable by
the user in the case of:
• Damages caused by putting foreign objects (such as water, soft drink, coee, fragrance
oils or toys, etc.) in or on the unit.
• Damages caused by transportation or handling.
• Damages caused by use of products such as benzene or thinner.
• Damages caused by incorrect power supply.
• Breakdown or loss of parts caused by unauthorized disassembling or modication.
• Repair or replacement undertaken by unauthorized persons.
• Damages caused by non-adherence to the instructions provided in this user guide, and
as given by the local customer service center.
• Damages caused by careless or improper use.
• Damages caused by operating the product in a corrosive or moist environment.
