▶Vor Beginn der Arbeiten alle beteiligten Geräte und Komponenten ausschal-

ten und von Stromnetz trennen.

▶Alle beteiligten Geräte und Komponenten gegen Wiedereinschalten sichern.

▶Nach dem Öffnen des Gerätes mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Messgerätes si-

cherstellen, dass elektrisch geladene Bauteile (beispielsweise Kondensato-

ren) entladen sind.

Gefahr durch elektrischen Strom infolge von schadhaften Systemkomponenten

und Fehlbedienung.

Schwere Personen- und Sachschäden können die Folge sein.

▶Sämtliche Kabel, Leitungen und Schlauchpakete müssen immer fest ange-

schlossen, unbeschädigt, und korrekt isoliert sein.

▶Nur ausreichend dimensionierte Kabel, Leitungen und Schlauchpakete ver-

wenden.

Gefahr durch heiße Systemkomponenten und / oder Betriebsmittel.

Schwere Verbrennungen und Verbrühungen können die Folge sein.

▶Vor Beginn der Arbeiten alle heißen Systemkomponenten und / oder Be-

triebsmittel auf +25 °C / +77 °F abkühlen lassen (beispielsweise Kühlmittel,

wassergekühlte Systemkomponenten, Antriebsmotor des Drahtvorschu-

bes, ...).

▶Geeignete Schutzausrüstung tragen (beispielsweise hitzebeständige Schutz-

handschuhe, Schutzbrille, ...), wenn ein Abkühlen nicht möglich ist.

benötigt.

nen:

-Sechskantschraube (c) mittels

Gabelschlüssel SW19 lockern

-Sechskantschraube entfernen

mit der Schraube zu entfer-

nen:

-Tellerfeder

-Buchsenstern

-bestehendes Stromkabel

Sechskantmutter SW32 entfernen

-Sechskantmutter (d) mittels Um-

schaltknarree und Steckschlüssel-

einsatz SW32 lockern

-Sechskantmutter entfernen

-Isoscheibe entfernen

-Vordere (-) Strombuchse nach vor-

ne herausziehen

a)auf der ausgebauten vorderen

Die Ausnehmung (e) muß nach unten

zeigen.

außen nach innen einsetzen.

▶All cables, leads and hosepacks must always be securely connected, unda-

maged and correctly insulated.

▶Only use adequately dimensioned cables, leads and hosepacks.

Can result in serious burns or scalding.

▶Before starting work, allow all hot system components and/or equipment to

cool to +25°C/+77°F (e.g., coolant, water-cooled system components, wire-

feeder drive motor, etc.)

▶Wear suitable protective equipment (e.g., heat-resistant gloves, safety gog-

gles, etc.) if cooling down is not possible.

Preparations

Removing the blanking cover

1Take off the left side panel

2Press the blanking cover (a) from

the inside towards the outside

The blanking cover is no longer

needed

Removing the hexagon head screw, width = 19

4Remove the front current socket:

-Undo the hexagon head screw

-Remove the hexagon head

screw

Remove along with the screw:

-belleville spring washer

-socket star

-the existing current cable

(d)

Removing the hexagon nut, width = 32

-Undo the hexagon nut (d) with the

reversible ratchet (C) and the “so-

cket for socket wrench, width 32

-Remove the hexagon nut

-Remove insulating washer

-Pull out the front (-) current so-

cket towards the front

Mounting the current-socket blanking caps

5Mount the current-socket blanking

caps (9):

a)onto the front (-) current so-

cket that you removed in Step

b)onto the current socket contai-

ned in the installation kit

The recess (e) must point downwards.

Re-mounting the front current socket

6Mount the front (-) current-socket,

complete with its blanking cap:

-Insert the front (-) current-so-

cket, working from the outside

towards the inside

-Insert insulating washer

-Screw on the hexagonal nut

-Tighten the hexagonal nut with

the torque wrench and the “so-

cket for socket wrench, width

32”

-Thightening torque 35 Nm

IMPORTANT! The current-socket re-

cess (e) must point downwards.
