ΣΥΝΑΡΜΟΛΟΓΗΣΗ ΘΕΡΜΑΣΤΡΑΣ

Πριν χρησιμοποιήσετε την θερμάστρα, τα πόδια (που παρέχονται χωριστά στο χαρτοκιβώτιο)

πρέπει να τοποθετηθούν στη μονάδα. Αυτά πρέπει να συνδέονται με τη βάση της θερμάστρας

με τη χρήση των 4 αυτοδιατρητων βιδών , προσέχοντας να τοποθετηθούν σωστά στα κάτω άκρα

των πλευρικών καλυμμάτων της θερμάστρας.

ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑΣ

(πρέπει να διαβαστεί πριν από τη λειτουργία της θερμάστρας)

1. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε την θερμάστρα, εκτός αν τα πόδια είναι σωστά τοποθετημένα αν

χρησιμοποιείται ως φορητή συσκευή.

2. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η παροχή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος στην υποδοχή στην οποία είναι συνδεδεμένη η

θερμάστρα είναι σύμφωνη με την ετικέτα της θερμάστρας και ότι η πρίζα είναι γειωμένη.

3. Κρατήστε το καλώδιο ρεύματος μακριά από το θερμό σώμα της θερμάστρας.

4. Προειδοποίηση: Μην χρησιμοποιείτε αυτήν την θερμάστρα στο άμεσο περιβάλλον του μπάνιου,

του ντους ή της πισίνας. Μην τοποθετείτε ποτέ τη θερμάστρα σε μέρος από όπου μπορεί να πέσει

σε μπανιέρα ή σε νερό.

5. Προειδοποίηση: Για να αποφύγετε την υπερθέρμανση, μην καλύπτετε την θερμάστρα.

6. Εσωτερική χρήση μόνο.

7. Μην τοποθετείτε την θερμάστρα σε χαλιά που έχουν πολύ βαθύ πέλμα.

8. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η θερμάστρα είναι τοποθετημένη σε σταθερή επίπεδη επιφάνεια.

9. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η θερμάστρα δεν είναι τοποθετημένη κοντά σε κουρτίνες ή έπιπλα, καθώς αυτό

θα μπορούσε να δημιουργήσει κίνδυνο πυρκαγιάς.

10. Ενημέρωση: η θερμάστρα δεν πρέπει να βρίσκεται ακριβώς κάτω από μια πρίζα.

11. Μην εισάγετε κανένα αντικείμενο μέσα από την έξοδο θερμότητας ή τις γρίλιες αέρα της

θερμάστρας.

12. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε την θερμάστρα σε περιοχές όπου αποθηκεύονται εύφλεκτα υγρά ή όπου

υπάρχουν εύφλεκτοι ατμοί.

13. Πάντοτε αποσυνδέετε την θερμάστρα κατά τη μετακίνηση από τη μία θέση στην άλλη.

14. Παροχή: Εάν το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας είναι κατεστραμμένο, πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί από τον

κατασκευαστή, τον αντιπρόσωπο σέρβις ή ένα εξίσου εξειδικευμένο άτομο για να αποφευχθεί ο

κίνδυνος.

15. Η συσκευή αυτή δεν προορίζεται για χρήση από άτομα (συμπεριλαμβανομένων παιδιών) με

ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑ ΘΕΡΜΑΣΤΡΑΣ

ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Είναι φυσιολογικό όταν οι θερμάστρες ενεργοποιούνται για πρώτη φορά ή όταν

ενεργοποιούνται αφού δεν έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα οι θερμάστρες

μπορεί να εκπέμπουν κάποια οσμή και καπνούς. Αυτό θα εξαφανιστεί όταν η θερμάστρα δουλέψει

για λίγο.

ΘΕΡΜΟΠΟΜΠΟΣ ΜΕ ΘΕΡΜΟΣΤΑΤΗ

Επιλέξτε μια κατάλληλη θέση για την θερμάστρα, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις παραπάνω οδηγίες

ασφαλείας. Τοποθετήστε το βύσμα της θερμάστρας σε μια κατάλληλη υποδοχή. Γυρίστε το κουμπί

του θερμοστάτη πλήρως προς τα δεξιά μέχρι τη μέγιστη ρύθμιση. Ενεργοποιήστε τα στοιχεία

θέρμανσης με τους διακόπτες στο πλαϊνό πίνακα. Για τη μέγιστη απόδοση θερμότητας και οι δύο

διακόπτες πρέπει να είναι ενεργοποιημένοι. Όταν έχει επιτευχθεί η επιθυμητή θερμοκρασία χώρου,

ο διακόπτης του θερμοστάτη θα πρέπει να στρέφεται αργά αριστερόστροφα μέχρι να ακουστεί ο

θερμοστάτης και να σβήσει τα φώτα των διακοπτών. Στη συνέχεια, η θερμάστρα θα διατηρήσει

τη θερμοκρασία του αέρα στο δωμάτιο στη ρυθμισμένη θερμοκρασία ενεργοποιούμενη και

απενεργοποιούμενη αυτόματα.

ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΘΕΡΜΑΣΤΡΑΣ

Πάντοτε αποσυνδέετε την θερμάστρα από την πρίζα τοίχου και αφήστε την να κρυώσει πριν

καθαρίσετε. Καθαρίστε το εξωτερικό μέρος της θερμάστρας σκουπίζοντάς το με ένα υγρό πανί

και ξαναπεράστε το με ένα στεγνό πανί. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε απορρυπαντικά ή λειαντικά και μην

αφήνετε να εισέλθει νερό στην θερμάστρα.

ΦΥΛΑΞΗ ΤΗΣ ΘΕΡΜΑΣΤΡΑΣ

Όταν η θερμάστρα δεν χρησιμοποιείται για μεγάλες χρονικές περιόδους, πρέπει να προστατεύεται

από τη σκόνη και να φυλάσσεται σε καθαρό ξηρό μέρος.

ASSEMBLY OF THE HEATER

Before using the heater, the feet (supplied separately in the carton), must be tted to the unit.

These are to be attached to the base of the heater using the 4 self-tapping screws provided, tak-

ing care to ensure that they are located correctly in the bottom ends of the heater side moldings

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

(to be read before operating the heater)

1. Do not use the heater unless the feet are correctly attached. if the heater is used as portable

appliance.

2. Ensure the power supply to the socket into which the heater is plugged is in accordance with

the rating label on the heater and that the socket is earthed.

3. Keep the power cord away from the hot body of the heater.

4. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

Never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.

5. Warning: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

6. Indoor use only.

7. Do not place the heater on carpets having a very deep pile.

8. Always ensure that the heater is placed on a rm level surface.

9. Ensure that the heater is not positioned close to curtains or furniture as this could create a

re hazard.

10. Warning: heater is not located immediately below a socket-outlet.

11. Do not insert any object through the heat outlet or air grilles of the heater.

12. Do not use the heater in areas where ammable liquids are stored or where ammable

fumes may be present.

13. Always unplug the heater when moving it from one location to another.

14. Warning: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service

agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.

15. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been giv-

en supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their

safety. Particular care should be taken when the heater is situated in areas occupied by children

or invalids.

16. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

CAUTION

In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out this appliance must

not be supplied through an external switching device such as a timer or connected to a circuit

that is regularly switched on and o by the utility

OPERATION OF THE HEATER

NOTE: It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the rst time or when they are turned

on aer having not been used for a long period of time the heaters may emit some smell and

fumes. This will disappear when the heater has been on a short while.

CONVECTOR HEATER WITH THERMOSTAT

Choose a suitable location for the heater, taking into account the safety instructions above.

Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable socket.

Turn the thermostat knob fully in a clockwise direction to the maximum setting.

Turn on the heater by turning the switches, on the side panel to ON. When the heating elements

are on the switches will illuminate. For maximum heat output both switches should be on.

When the desired room temperature has been reached, the thermostat knob should be turned

slowly anti-clockwise until the thermostat is heard to click o and the lights of the switches are

seen to go out. Aer this the heater will keep the air temperature in the room at the set temper-

ature by switching on and o automatically.

CLEANING THE HEATER

Always un-plug the heater from the wall socket and allow it to cool down before cleaning.

Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and bu with a dry cloth.

Do not use any detergents or abrasives and do not allow any water to enter the heater.

STORING THE HEATER

When the heater is not used for long periods of time it should be protected from dust and stored

in a clean dry place.
