I. IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Read all instructions before using this machine.
•Install the product on a flat level surface.
•Place your unit on a solid, level surface when in use.
•Never allow children on or near the machine.
•Keep hands away from all moving parts.
•Never drop or insert any object into any openings.
•Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back. Always use
proper lifting techniques and/or seek assistance if necessary.
•Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT leave children unattended in the
same room with the machine.
•Only 1 person at a time should use the machine.
•If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the
workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
•Do not use the machine near water or outdoors.
•Keep hands away from all moving parts.
•Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or other clothing
that could become caught in the machine. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using
the machine.
•Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.
•Do not place any sharp objects around the machine.
•Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in attendance.
•Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.
•A spotter is recommended during exercise.

II. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
•Lubricate moving joints with silicon spray after periods of usage.
•Be careful not to damage plastic or metal parts of the machine with heavy or sharp objects.
•The machine can be kept clean by wiping it down using dry cloth.
•Check and adjust the tension of wire rope on a regular basis.
•Regularly check all moving parts and make sure there are signs of wear and damage, if any the use of
the device must be stopped immediately and contact our after-sales department.
•During inspection, it is necessary to make sure that all bolts and nuts are completely fixed. If any bolt
or nut connection is loosened, please re-tighten.
•Check weld for cracks.
•Failure to perform daily maintenance may result in personal injury or equipment damage.

III. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Unpack the carton and place all parts on the floor. Carefully remove all packing material and check each
part with the manual. Remember some parts are pre-fitted to larger components.
IMPORTANT:
Assemble with all nuts and bolts loose at first and only tighten after completing assembly steps.
NOTE:
Some of the smaller components may be pre-fitted to larger components.
Please check carefully before contacting us regarding any missing components.

b. Attach the Right vertical frame (2), the Right lower support frame (20), the Right grounding frame (4),
Rear stand (5), the Rear grounding frame (13) and the Right connecting frame (10) using:
•Connecting plate (22/23)
•Screw M10x90 (32)
•Screw M12x75 (33)
•Screw M12x95 (34)
•Screw M12x100 (35)
•Flat washer Ф10 (39)
•Flat washer Ф12 (40)
•Lock nut M10 (36)
•Lock nut M12 (37)
c. Attach the connecting frame (12) with the rear stand (5) using:
•Connecting plate (24)
•Screw M12x95 (34)
•Flat washer Ф12 (40)
•Lock nut M12 (37)
d. Attach the handle frame (6) with the left stand and the right stand (1/2) using:
•Connecting plate (24)
•Screw M12x95 (34)
•Flat washer Ф12 (40)
•Lock nut M12 (37)
a. Attach Left stand assembly (1), Rear stand assembly (5), Lower left support frame (19), Left
connecting frame (9), Left grounding frame (3) and Rear grounding frame (13) together using:

a. Install the Guide rod (16), Pulley frame (18), Sliding frame (11), Buffer pad (28), Support frame (17) and
Thick buffer pad (26) on the whole machine, using:

a. Install the Barbell frame (14) on the complete machine, using Connecting plate (23), Screw M12x75
(33), Flat washer Ф12 (40) and Lock nut M12 (37).
b. Install the Elastic rope bracket (15) on the whole machine, using Screw M8x25 (29) Flat washer
Ф8 (38).
c. Install the Pulley (27) and Steel cable (21) as shown in the figure, using Screw M10x45 (30)
Flat washer Ф10 (39) Lock nut M10 (36).
d. Install the Limit bracket (7 / 8) as shown in the figure.
