1. Make sure ha bo h he cable modem and he HW550-3G are swi ched off.

2. Connec he device shown in he diagram.

3. Using an E herne cable connec your Cable Modem o he Az ech HW550-3G’s WAN por .

4. Connec he power adap ers on bo h cable modem and he Az ech HW550-3G.

5. A he back of your compu er look for he e herne por , connec an e herne cable o your

compu er’s e herne por hen connec he o her end of he cable o he Az ech HW550-3G’s

LAN por .

6. Turn ON he Az ech HW550-3G.

7. On your compu er open your In erne browser hen ype 192.168.2.1.

8. Au hen ica ion page will pop-up, ype admin for he username and admin for he password

hen click OK.

9. This will open he HW550-3G’s Web User In erface, Go o Wizard o se up your rou er.

10. Under Wizard Page click Nex o proceed wi h he se up.

11. Selec he Time Zone from he drop down box hen click Nex .

12. Under In erne Connec ion Type page, selec E herne WAN hen click Nex .

13. Under WAN, se he Connec ion Me hod o DHCP, Hos name and o her fields are op ional. Click

Nex o proceed o he nex s ep.

14. Under Wireless Se ing, ick Wireless Enabled, Broadcas SSID Enabled. En er he Wireless

Name of your Rou er in o he SSID field. Tick WPA Enabled o secure your Wireless ne work

hen en er he password ha you would like o use.

15. Under Summary page confirm all he se ings ha will be loaded in o he rou er. If he

informa ion are correc click Apply for he se ings o ake effec .

16. Turn ON he cable modem and wai for he Online LED o become s eady.

17. Go o your Az ech HW550-3G Web User In erface, under Home ab he Connec ion S a us

should be connec ed o In erne before accessing he In erne .

No e: If Connec ion S a us does NOT change o Connected to Internet, Turn OFF bo h he cable

modem and he HW550-3G for 30 seconds. Turn ON he cable modem and wai un il he Online LED o

be ON hen urn ON he HW550-3G
