MADE IN NEW ZEALAND
•Cut ‘L’ bracket to suit the width
of tray so it fits snug. See fig 1
for where the end of bracket
should sit.
•Apply sealant between the ‘L’
bracket and tray to seal the gap.
•Use self-tapping screw supplied
under the ‘L’ bracket and screw
into the tray. See fig 1.
•Assemble rails and cross bars
as shown in fig 2.
•Small radius corner blocks are
used at the front (near cab) see
fig 3.
Large radius corner blocks used
at rear (near tailgate)

•Once the side rails and cross bars have been assembled, centre
the whole frame, and evenly space the edges.
•When the positioning of the frame is located, screw the side rails
into place using the supplied self-tapping screws.
