Hardware Installation

2. Configure your PC:

Make sure your local PC(s) has wireless network adapter installed

1. Setup LAN connection: connect an Ethernet cable from your

computer’s Ethernet port to one of the LAN ports of this product.

You can manually configure this Access Point via a wireless or wired

connection.

Manual Configuration

Wireless

1. For wireless station, make sure your computer has

associated with this Access Point.

2. Skip to step 2

Wired

1. Start your computer. Connect an Ethernet cable between your

computer and the Wireless Access Point.

2. Make sure your wired station is set to the same subnet mask

as the Wireless Access Point, i.e. 192.168.1.10

3 In the Address box, enter the following: http://192.168.1.254

A window would pop-up asking for Login and Password. Please

enter “admin” for login, and “airlive” for password

The main menu appears. Please refer to the user manual saved in the

CD-ROM for detail.

Wireless Setting

The settings for Wireless function are as follows:

1. SSID: airlive

2. Channel: The factory setting is as follow: channel 11 for North

America; channel 13 for European (ETSI); channel 14

for Japan.

3. WEP: disable

wymaganym oprogramowaniem.

wbudowanego manadżera Windows XP, zaznacz opcję„Wybierz

systemu Windows do konfiguracji ustawieńsieci bezprzewodowej”

Start->Programy->AirLive Wireless-> AirLive MIMO-G Wireless Utility.

1. Po podłączeniu karty do komputera, system Windows automatycznie

rozpocznie instalacjęsterowanika.

2. Kliknij „Dalej” w celu kontynuacji instalacji.

3. Zostaniesz poproszony o podanie lokalizacji sterowanika. Wybierz

AitLive Dirver CD, oznaczonąliterkąTwojego napędu CD-ROM.

4. Wybierz „Przeglądaj” i przejdźdo katalogu „Utility” znajdującego się

w głównym katalogu.

5. Kliknij „Dalej”, system Windows skopiuje wymagane pliki.

6. Win98

Zostaniesz poproszony o włożenie do napędu CD-ROM płyty CD z

systemem Win98.

7. Win2000

Podczas sprawdzania podpisów cyfrowych sterownika, zignoruj

ostrzeżenie I kontynuuj instalację.

8. WinME/XP

Potwierdźchęć kontunuowania instalacji przyciskiem „Kontynuuj

Szyfrowanie WEP zapewnia bezpiecznątransmisjęw sieciach

bezprzewodowych. Udostępnione sądwie długości kluczy za pomocą

których szyfrowane sądane: 64-bit i 128-bit. Wszystkie urządzenia w

sieci powinny używaćtakich samych ustawieńszyfrowania WEP. W

pierszej kolejności należy włączyćszyfrowanie na punkcie

dostępowym, potem na kartach.

1. Inserte el CD del controlador en el computador, seleccione Install

Software para comenzar la instalación de software.

automáticamente el hardware y el menú de configuración

aparecerá.

4. Haga Click en Next y Continue Anyway todo el tiempo hasta que

la instalación finalice. El computador debe encontrar e instalar

automáticamente el controlador correcto.

5. La siguiente pantalla debe aparecer en la esquina derecha de la

barra de tareas indicando que la tarjeta inalámbrica está en línea.

Puedes presionar click derecho sobre el icono y hacer click en

“Launch the Config Utilities”
