1. NAME PLATE ON THE CALL PANEL
a. Release the block (fig.1A et 1B).
b. The name plate is now accessible (fig. 1C).
c. Write the name on the name plate.
d. reassemble the block(fig. 1D).

2. MOUNTING THE PANEL (FLUSH-MOUNTING)
a. Use a small screwdriver to open the screw cover flaps (fig. 2A, 2B et 2C).
b. Seal the flush-mounting box in the wall (cut out 88 mm x 142 mm
x 52mm), with the frame pressing against the surface of the wall (fig. 2D).
c. Carefully connect the wires to the terminals (no tools needed) as shown
on (fig.1 -p.6).
d. Use a spanner to attach the call panel with the two hex head screws
supplied.
e. Close the flaps to hide the screws.

3. MOUNTING THE PANEL (SURFACE-MOUNTING)
a. Fix surface mount bracket to the wall using the two screw (fig. 3A).
b. Carefully connect the wires to the terminals (no tools needed) as shown
on (fig.1 -p.6).
c. Fix the camera to the surface-mount brackrt using the hexagonal screw
Close the flaps to hide the screw .(Use a small screw driver to open
the screw flaps (fig.3B. 3C .3D) )

4. MOUNTING THE HANDSET
a. Release the mounting slots (fig. 6A).
b. Fix it to the wall using 2 screws (fig. 6B).
c. Connect the various wires as shown on
the wiring diagram (fig. 1 - p.6).
d. Replace the handset on its wall bracket.
• See the wiring diagram (fig. 1).
Wires to be used:
a. Two 7/020 Security Cable from Call Station to Handset,
Six 7/020 Security Cable in between Handsets up to 20M
b. Two 14/020 Security Cable from Call Station to Handset,
Six 14/020 Security Cable in between Handsets up to 100M

6. CONNECTION AND CONTROLLING A DOOR OPENER
An electric lock or strike may be connected to terminals D- and D+ on the call
panel (fig. 2).
To control an automatic gate opener, connect the optional VS - 030 unit
between terminal D- and D+ and the two “external control” terminals on
the automatic opener (fig. 3).
The strike, lock or automatic opener will be controlled by the button on
the handset(s).

7. ADDITIONAL HANDSET
An additional handset BIDP-500 may be connected in parallel with the
main handset (fig. 4).
The button can be used to call the second handset and communicate
discreetly. (Calls from the call station are disabled while using the intercom
function.)
8. INTERCOM BETWEEN THE TWO HANDSET
(OPTIONAL BIDP-500HD)
9. RING VOLUME
Slide the two-position swith on the side of the handset to select high or
low ring volume.
