Assembly Instructions:
*DO NOT tighten screws until grill is completely assembled
The estimated assembly time is 15 – 20 minutes
Step 1
Attach handle to lid (I heat resistant washer 2pcs / H Large washer 2pcs / K Small lock washer 2pcs / F Wing nut
2pcs).
Attach air vent to lid (A Screw 1pc / J Small lock washer 1pc / E
Wing nut
1pc).
Step 2
Attach joint circlet to bottom bowl (B Screw 3pc / K Small lock washer 3pc / F Wing nut 3pc).

Attach leg support, front legs, back leg, bottom mesh and wheels (B Screw 8pcs / F Large washer 8pcs / C Screw
4pcs / D M8 hex nuts 2 pcs).

Attach lid to bottom bowl (M Cotter pin 1pc / L Hinge pin 1pc).

Cut zip tie on warming rack.
Slide warming rack into holes in lid and bottom bowl.
Note: Look for corresponding holes on side of lid. Insert short wire ends into lid holes, one side at a time. Position
warming rack legs into slots on bottom bowl sides. Meanwhile, the warming rack support should be placed under the
warming rack - otherwise,the warming rack will slide to the left or right.

Step 6
Insert charcoal grid, cooking grid to bottom bowl.
Place ash receiver into bottom bowl.
Attach basket to front leg.

Congratulations! your assembly is now complete. Read operating instructions before proceeding.
Operating Instructions
WARNING
For Your Safety
1. The detachable handle is used for pushing and pulling the cooking grid only, and should always be detached from
the cooking grid when grill is on.
2. The hot cooking grid can only be operated with the supplied handle.
3. Do not touch the hot cooking grid by hand.
4. The detachable handle should always be kept away from the cooking grid when the grill is burning.
This appliance is designed for use only with quality charcoal briquettes,lump charcoal and cooking wood.
Attention! This barbecue will become very hot. Do not move it during operation. Do not use indoors!
Caution! Do not use spirit, petrol or comparable fluids for lighting or re-lighting!
Warning! Keep children and pets away.
Lighting
1. Open lid and vents.
2. Make sure ash receiver is empty and secure.
3. Remove cooking grid.
4. Arrange and light fuel per instructions on fuel package.
5. Allow fuel time to burn briquettes into glowing coals before cooking.
Direct Cooking
1. While wearing protective gloves, carefully spread coals evenly across grid with a long handle tool.
2. Carefully replace cooking grid.
3. Place food on cooking grid.
4. Cook with lid open or closed.
Indirect Cooking – Ideal for Roasts
1. While wearing protective gloves, carefully spread coals into a donut shape with a long handle tool.
2. Place a metal tray in center of donut to catch drippings
3. Carefully replace cooking grid.
4. Place food on cooking grid directly over the metal pan.
5. Cook with lid closed.
Tips for Better Cookouts and Longer Product Life
1. Store fuel in a waterproof container away from sources of ignition.
2. Use a charcoal chimney for fast and easy startups.
3. Spray or coat cooking surfaces with vegetable oil before cooking to avoid sticking.
4. Place vegetables or delicate foods into aluminum foil pouches.
5. Use a quality grill brush after each event to keep cooking surfaces clean and rust free.
6. Remove all ash and dispose of properly after each use.
7. Once grill is cool, cover with a quality grill cover that is properly sized to your unit.
Cleaning and Care
Caution:
1. All cleaning and maintenance should be carried out when grill is cool.
2. DO NOT clean any grill part in a self-cleaning oven. The extreme heat will damage the finish.
3. Abrasive cleaners will damage this product.
4. Never use oven cleaner to clean any part of grill.
Cleaning Surfaces
1. Wipe surfaces clean with mild dishwashing detergent or baking soda.
2. For stubborn surfaces,use a citrus-based degreaser and a nylon scrubbing brush.
3. Rinse clean with water.

1. Ce barbecue est uniquement destiné à un usage extérieur et ne doit pas être utilisé dans un immeuble, un garage ou
tout autre endroit clos.
2. Ce barbecue n’est PAS destiné à un usage commercial.
3. N’utilisez pas ce barbecue pour cuisiner à l’intérieur ni comme source de chauffage. Des émanations toxiques de
monoxyde de carbone peuvent s’accumuler et provoquer une asphyxie.
4. N’utilisez pas d’essence, de paraffine ou d’alcool pour l'allumage.
5. N'utilisez pas votre barbecue dans une atmosphère explosive. Laissez toujours la zone autour de votre barbecue propre et
dépourvue de matières combustibles, d’essence et d’autres gaz et liquides inflammables.
6. Ne conservez pas et n’utilisez pas d’essence ou d’autres liquides ou gaz inflammables à moins de 25 pi (7,6 m)
de cet appareil.
7. Le charbon de bois à allumage instantané peut brûler à très haute température lorsqu’on l’allume pour la première
fois. Assurez-vous que le couvercle reste ouvert jusqu’à ce que le charbon se transforme en tisons.
8. Tenez toujours tous les objets et surfaces inflammables à au moins 21 po (53 cm) du barbecue. N’utilisez PAS

11. Vous devez nettoyer et vérifier régulièrement le barbecue dans son intégralité.
12. N’utilisez pas cet appareil sans avoir lu les “Consignes d’utilisation” de ce manuel.
13. Afin d’éviter les brûlures, ne touchez pas les parties métalliques du barbecue tant qu’il n’est pas entièrement refroidi
(environ 45 min) sauf si vous portez un équipement de protection (poignées, gants, maniques, etc.).
14. Ne touchez jamais les grilles (à charbon de bois ou de cuisson), les cendres ou le charbon pour vérifier s’ils sont
encore chauds.
15. Ne l’utilisez pas sur une terrasse en bois, des meubles en bois ou autres surfaces inflammables.
16. Ne l’utilisez pas à bord d’un bateau ou dans un véhicule récréatif.
17. Placez le barbecue de sorte que le vent n’emporte pas les cendres vers des surfaces combustibles.
18. Ne l’utilisez pas en cas de vent violent ou dans des conditions climatiques extrêmes.
19. Ne vous penchez pas sur le barbecue pour l’allumer.
20. Ne lassiez pas un barbecue allumé sans surveillance. Tenez toujours les enfants et les animaux domestiques
éloignés du barbecue.
