Part 2:
Technical details and maintenance
2.1.
Operating temperature range
The chest freezer can be used both indoors and outdoors, in street
conditions.
The manufacturer guarantees normal operation of the chest freezer
under conditions of temperature exposure according to climatic class.
To ensure the temperature range inside the freezing chamber, the chest
freezer is equipped with a thermostat. The thermostat has the following
factory settings: minimum temperature in the chest freezer compartment
at which the compressor is switched off -25°C, maximum temperature
in the chest freezer compartment at which the compressor is switched
on -18°C.
2.2.
Unpacking
Unpack the chest freezer carefully - do not turn it over, do not
put it on its side, and then visually check for damage. Remove the
device from a shipping pallet.

6
2.3.
Placement and Installation
To ensure normal operation, the device must be installed
away from heaters and in a place protected from direct sunlight.
Do not allow precipitation in the form of rain and snow to
enter the device.
•
The device is equipped with rotary rollers. Make sure the floor
surface is not inclined and facilitates easy movement and
installation of your device.
•
Install the brake rollers in front of the chest.
Placement and installation of the chest freezer on site
should provide a free area of at least 20 cm from the chest
ventilation grilles to the fence or dimensional object to ensure free
air circulation.
Insufficient air circulation around the chest freezer leads to
reduced productivity and increases the likelihood of breakdowns
and equipment failure.
•
Check the power cord and plug for mechanical damage by
visual inspection.

7
If mechanical damage to the power cord or plug is
detected, DO NOT connect the device to the power supply. The
power cord and plug must be replaced
•
Plug the mains plug of the chest freezer into a grounded power
socket.
DO NOT operate the chest freezer without a grounding
contact in the mains socket. It is not allowed to connect several
chest freezers to one mains socket of power supply via an
"extension" with branch sockets.
2.4.
Commissioning
Turn on the power of the chest freezer, to do this connect the
chest power cord to the network. A sign of the switching on of the
freezer chest in the cooling mode is the switching on of the
compressor and the condenser fan.
Allow the device to run for 1.5 hours without putting food into it
and the glass doors must be closed tightly.
It is advisable to keep the products packaged in the device.
In the event of a sudden power failure, the chest freezer must be
switched off. Pause for 5 minutes to switch on again.

8
Do not load the device with products above the loading
limit (index red line inside the camera).
Remember, the chest freezer is designed for storing frozen
food.
Do not store explosive materials or aerosol containers with
combustible displacement gases such as propane, butane,
pentane, etc. in the device. Escaping gases may ignite from
electrical parts. Such aerosol packs can be easily recognized by
the content printed on them or by the flame symbol.
Before starting up the equipment, read carefully the rules
of preparation for operation and the rules of operation of a chest
freezer as specified in this manual.
2.5.
Temperature parameters
The setting parameters of the thermostat can only be
changed if necessary by the employee of the service department
servicing this equipment. Unauthorized changes to the thermostat
settings will result in an expiry of the warranty period.
2.6.
Tips and remarks
Sudden power outage
1.
Covering the outer glass surfaces with a cover helps to keep the
temperature as low as possible for a longer period of time.

9
2.
If there is a prolonged lack of power, place dry ice in the
freezer compartment.
3.
If possible, reduce the number of door openings/closings.
4.
If possible, avoid placing new portions of food in the chest
freezer as this leads to an increase in the temperature inside the
compartment.
If the device is not used for a long time.
1. Disconnect the device from the mains (unplug the power cord from
the socket) and remove everything from the freezer compartment.
2. Clean the interior and remove all water. Leave the door open
until the freezer compartment is completely dry to avoid mildew and
odor.
2.7.
Safety rules
Personnel involved in the installation and commissioning of the
chest freezer must be familiar with this manual and work in
accordance with its recommendations and requirements.
Heating the chest crown is a constructive solution to
prevent the glasses from fogging it is not a malfunction!
Follow the precautions and safety precautions in section 2.8
during operation.
