Installation
3Remove the mount connecting the Outlet
Pipe to the Lower Mounting Rail. Use two
(2) M4 screws Gto reattach the mount,
as shown in the diagram.

2Apply tape dope to the Hex Nipple threads
Eand attach to the Inlet Pipe connector.
Use two wrenches to secure the Hex
Nipple, turning counterclockwise.

WARNING:
Only authorized service personnel should perform the following installation procedures. To avoid equipment damage or
personal injury, do not perform unauthorized installation, piping or handling. Overtightening can damage pipes and/or
hardware threads. Reference the hardware torque chart below for recommended tightening force.
Hardware Torque
M4 x 0.7 x 8 mm Screw / M4 x 4.6 mm Hex Nut 17±1 lbf·in (2±0.2 N·m)
Hex Nipple / Pipe Extension Connector 885±44 lbf·in (100±5 N·m)
M6 x 1 x 55 mm Hex Bolt 69±4.3 lbf·in (7.8±0.5 N·m)
Inlet Pipe Installation
1Secure the Upper Mounting Rail Dto the
unit using two (2) M4 screws Gand two
(2) M4 Hex Nuts H.

4Using two (2) M6 Hex Bolts I, attach the
Lower Inlet Pipe Extension Ato the Pipe
Clamp Fon the Lower Mounting Rail.

5Secure the Lower Inlet Pipe Extension A
to the Hex Nipple Eand secure using two
wrenches.

6Connect the Upper Inlet Pipe Extension B
to the Lower Inlet Pipe Extension Aand
secure using two wrenches.

7Using the two (2) M6 Hex Bolts I,
secure the Upper Inlet Pipe Extension Bto
the Pipe Clamp Fon the Upper Mounting
Rail D.

Outlet Pipe Installation
1Remove the water temperature sensor from
the Outlet Pipe and place in a safe area.
Caution: To avoid damaging the cable,
remove the sensor by pulling the rubber
connector.
2Cut the foam insulation to access the flow
meter located in the upper portion of the
unit, as shown in the diagram. Use two
wenches to remove the lower nut on the
flow meter and remove the Outlet Pipe.
3Position the Outlet Extension Pipe C
adjacent to the Upper Mounting Rail D
and attach the Outlet Pipe Extension to the
flow meter by hand
3.1 Using with two (2) M8 screws F, secure
the Upper Inlet Pipe Extension to the Pipe
Clamp on the Upper Mounting Rail
3.2 Then secure the Outlet Pipe Extension to
the flow meter using two wrenches.

4Apply thermal grease to the water temperature sensor removed in step 1. Carefully insert the water temperature sensor into sensor
inlet located on the Outlet Pipe Extension.
Caution: To avoid damaging the cable, insert the sensor by pushing the rubber connector.
5Insulate pipe to avoid water condensation.

3Retire el montaje que conecta el Tubo de
Salida con el riel de instalación inferior.
Use dos (2) tornillos M4 Gpara volver a
fijar el montaje, como se muestra en el
diagrama.

2Coloque cinta selladora a las roscas de los
Niples Hexagonales Ey una al conector
del Tubo de Entrada. Use dos llaves para
asegurar los niples y gire a la izquierda.

Los siguientes procedimientos de instalación los debe realizar únicamente personal de servicio autorizado. Para evitar daños
al equipo o lesiones personales, no realice una instalación, conecte una tubería ni otra tarea o manejo no autorizado. Si
se aprieta demasiado, se pueden dañar los tubos o las roscas de las piezas. Consulte la tabla a continuación de fuerza de
torsión del hardware para conocer los valores recomendados.
