Available models and the capacities
1. Selectable the test mode : Auto start or Manual start
2. Available checking the circuit for an instantaneous open reaction.
AUTO start
When connected the test object to this machine, the continuity test will start automatically.
If the test is passed, an OK tremolo sound will be heard and counts up the OK (= passed
test object). Its data will be output external with a contact point signal.
The purpose of this function is to eliminate the insecure connections like a wire being cut
or terminal being pull out. If added some outer pressures, such as a vibraion, bending or
t
wisting, or jerking to the test object, the insecure connection part may happen or occur the
instantaneous open reaction.
If the checker would find this phenomenon, sounds the alarm
and indicates the part in question.
MANUAL start
Starts the test when pressed a start button after connecting the test object. If the test is
passed, an OK tremolo sound will be heard and counts up the OK.
I
n case of a failure test object (wire harness), an alarm sound to be heard and counts up
a NG.
Possible to start by the external signal. Both OK / NG data will be output external
with a contact point signal.
