VI. INSTRUCTION…………………………………■
●Operation
1. This is DMX mode, please read the instructions carefully.
2. Firstly, you need adjust the dips (first is 001, second is 005…), open the controller, transport
the DMX signal to machine. Location①: the green light is flashing (after turn on the power).
3. Provide the required power. The power indicator on the machine②is lighting.
4. Test the machine by controller. (CH 1 push to highest, is opening the valve and firing;) When
testing the machine, you can open the Hatch⑧, to check the debug status, but you do not
touch any parts.
5. When on testing, the machine is happening “Da”, that mean solenoid valve worked normally,
at the same time, please check Igniter⑨whether happened EDM. (Do not touch)
6. After testing, and confirm everything is correct, please turn off the power, and turn off the
controller. When installing the flame oil, please set the oil can on the Pallet⑦, press firmly,
then flame oil nozzle hole alignment machine oil joint, then release oil bottles, oil bottles
pallet so that by the power of their own return spring. At the same time, please check
whether there is a leak from oil bottle and oil joint. (When installing the oil bottle, please be
careful not to let the flame oil splashed into the eyes, if splashed into the eyes, immediately
rinse with water and seek medical advice)
7. After installing the oil bottles, open the controller’s power, transport DMX 512 signal, make
the machine not work situation. After this, you can turn on machines’ power. (Do not turn on
machines’ power before transport DMX signal, in order to avoid misuse occurs)
●Disassembly
1. After used, close the switch firstly, cut off the power.
2. Then closed the controller’s power, take off the signal cables.
3. Take apart the flame oil. If you used color flame oil, you need install the normal flame oil to
spray 8-10 times.
VII. MAINTAINS…………………………………■
After finishing using the machine, you cannot pack it immediately. Must wait for the machine to
be cooled down to a normal condition, then clean and pack the machine. Remember no let the
flame oil left inside the machine.
