Thank you for purchasing the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion. Please read through
this instruction manual before use as it contains all the information you need about how to
correctly enjoy this product.
CAUTION
ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED
WARNING! Do not try to modify this product in any way as this may invalidate your
warranty.
WARNING! Contains small parts, not suitable for children.
1.2 Care & Maintenance
●Please ensure you follow the instructions when assembling.
●Keep these instructions for reference.
●Check the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion is secured and attached properly before
each use.
●Avoid contact with sharp objects which may pierce the air cells.
●Avoid contact with high temperature objects to prevent damage.
●If air is leaking please check the ination hole is closed correctly.
●To clean the seat cushion wash by hand or using a soft brush.
●Do not bleach, machine wash or iron.

3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 Installing the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion
Please make sure all parts are included before tting the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air
Inating the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion.
1. Unplug the Outer Plug.
2. Make sure the Air Pump Valve is still tted into the Air Release Valve.
3. Connect the pump to the Air Pump Valve and ll with air.
4. Fill to desired rmness.
5. Remove the Air Pump.
6. Close the Outer Plug.
7. Push the Air Nozzle into the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion so it is at.
8. The Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion is now ready for use.
The Air Nozzle has 3 parts.
1. Outer Plug
2. Air Pump Valve (includes an extra valve to
stop air leaks see 2.a).

Installing the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion.
1. Inate the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion by following the inating instructions.
2. Remove the original bike seat as per manufacturer instructions.
3. Strap the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion under the original seat and check to
make sure it is secure. (Below are examples of how the seat can be secured).
4. Return the bike seat to tted position as per manufacturer instructions.
5. Check the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion is secure and in the correct riding
position.
NOTE: Make sure the bike seat and Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion are installed
correctly before each use.
Failure to install correctly may lead to injury or accidents.

Deating the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion.
1. Remove the Air Pump Valve and Outer Plug from the Air Release Valve.
2. The Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion will start to deate.
3. Carefully roll the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion from the edge furthest away
from the Air Nozzle towards it to help with deating.

What is Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated
below.
How Long Coverage Lasts:
This warranty runs for 1 Year from the date your Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion is
delivered.
What is not covered:
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a ood) are not
covered.
What We Will Do:
If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, we will provide you with the
instructions for the return, and we will take one of the following actions: (i) replace the
Product with a product that is the same or equivalent to the Product you purchased; (ii)
repair the Product; or (iii) refund to you the whole of or part of the purchase price of the
Product.
How To Get Service:
To obtain instructions on how to obtain service under this warranty, contact our customer
service by phone or email. You will nd the contact details of our customer service below.
Customer service may ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this warranty,
and if you are eligible you’ll be given instructions for returning the defective Product. If
we send you a replacement or repair your Product, we will pay the cost of delivering the
replacement or repaired Product to you.
Do not return the item to the original place of purchase, please contact Think

●Bitte befolgen Sie bei der Montage die Anweisungen.
●Bewahren Sie diese Anweisungen als Referenz auf.
●Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch, ob das Zephyr-Motorradsitzluftkissen gesichert und
ordnungsgemäß angebracht ist.
●Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit scharfen Gegenständen, die die Luftzellen durchdringen
können.
●Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Gegenständen mit hohen Temperaturen, um
Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
●Wenn Luft austritt, überprüfen Sie bitte, ob das Aufblasloch richtig geschlossen ist.
●Zum Reinigen des Sitzkissens von Hand oder mit einer weichen Bürste waschen.
●Nicht bleichen, in der Maschine waschen oder bügeln.

Seat Air Cushion montieren. Wenn Teile fehlen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte per E-Mail

3. INSTALLATIONSANLEITUNG
3.1 Einbau des Zephyr Motorradsitzluftkissens
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Teile enthalten sind, bevor Sie das Zephyr Motorcycle
Seat Air Cushion montieren. Wenn Teile fehlen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte per E-Mail
Aufblasen des Zephyr Motorrad Sitzluftkissens.
1. Ziehen Sie den äußeren Stecker ab.
2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Luftpumpenventil noch im Luftablassventil eingebaut ist.
3. Schließen Sie die Pumpe an das Luftpumpenventil an und füllen Sie Luft ein.
4. Füllen Sie bis zur gewünschten Festigkeit.
5. Entfernen Sie die Luftpumpe.
6. Schließen Sie den äußeren Stecker.
7. Schieben Sie die Luftdüse so in das Luftkissen des Zephyr-Motorradsitzes, dass sie
ach ist.
8. Das Zephyr Motorrad Sitzluftkissen ist jetzt einsatzbereit.
Die Luftdüse besteht aus 3 Teilen.
1. Äußerer Stecker
2. Luftpumpenventil (enthält ein zusätzliches Ventil
zum Stoppen von Luftlecks, siehe 2a).
