Preßwerkzeug K 14

1. Allgemeine Hinweise

Vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres Preßwerkzeuges lesen Sie sich die Bedienungsanleitung

sorgfältig durch.

2. Technische Daten

-Gewicht: 0,500 kg

- Länge: ca. 210 mm

- Preßbereich: 0,5 bis 6 mm² (Oval-Pressung) für isolierte Kabelverbindungen

3. Bedienung und bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch des Werkzeuges

- Das Presswerkzeug ist mit einer mechanisch verstellbaren Enddruckeinstell-

vorrichtung (Pos. 1) ausgestattet. Zur Einstellung Kontermutter an dem feststehenden

Griffteil lösen. Schlitzschraube im Uhrzeigersinn für höheren Pressdruck und gegen

Uhrzeigersinn für niedrigeren Preßdruck, verdrehen. Anschließend Kontermutter

wieder sichern.

- Die Presszange ist mit einem Pressmaterialanschlag bzw. -auswerfer ausgerüstet.

Einstellung gem. aufgedruckte Symbole.

- Presszange für isolierte Kabelverbindungen in drei Preßbereichen, rot: 0,5-1 mm²;

blau: 1,5-2,5 mm²; gelb: 4-6 mm². Die Pressung von Litze und Kabelisolation erfolgt

in zwei Arbeitsgängen.

- Abisoliervorrichtung für die Querschnitte 0,5- 6 mm².

- Abschneider für Kupfer- bzw. Aluminiumleiter.

- Zum Entriegeln des Werkzeugs nach der Verpressung Hebel (Pos. 2) nach innen

ziehen.

Achtung

Es dürfen keine unter Spannung stehenden Teile verpreßt werden.

Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist ein spannungsfreier Zustand der zu verpressenden Verbindung

sicherzustellen.

4. Wartung

Das Preßwerkzeug ist nach jedem Gebrauch zu reinigen und die Bolzenverbindungen

sind leicht einzuölen.

Crimping Tool K 14

1. General Remarks

Before starting to use the tool please read the instruction manual carefully.

2. Technical Data

-Weight: 0,500 kg

- Length: ca. 210 mm

- Crimping Range: 0,5 to 6 mm2(Oval-Crimp) for insulated cable terminations

3. Operation

- This mechanical tool is equipped with a crimping force adjust screw (Pos. 1). Prior to

adjust the screw the counter nut at the end of the non moveable handle must be

loosened. Turning the slotted-head screw clockwise increases the crimping force,

turning it counter clockwise decreases the crimping force. Afterwards the counter nut

must be locked again.

- The tool incorporates a stop, respectively a remove mechanism. Adjustments acc. to

imprinted symbols.

- This tool serves to terminate insulated connectors of 3 crimping ranges: red 0,5-1

mm², blue 1,5-2,5 mm², yellow 4-6 mm². Crimping of barrel and insulation requires 2

separate crimping cycles.

- The tool incorporates a stripping device for wires ranging from 0,5 to 6 mm².

- This tool can cut copper and aluminium strands.

- Pull release lever (Pos. 2) after completing the crimp.

Attention

Do not use on live electrical circuits.

Before starting to crimp please make sure that all parts involved in the crimping process

are not energised.

4. Maintenance

The crimping tool has to be cleaned thoroughly and the bolt joints have to be oiled

regularly.
