SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Preventing hazardous situations
• Only connect the WP 300 / WP 600 / WP 1000 to
a professionally installed plug socket.
• Only connect the WP 300 / WP 600 / WP 1000 to
the mains if the local supply voltage corre-
sponds to the specifications in the technical
data.
• Protect the power plug from moisture.
• Always disconnect the water pump from the
mains before cleaning or carrying out any
maintenance tasks.
• Do not allow children to play with small parts as
there is a risk of choking.
• The power plug must be freely accessible so
that the water pump can be easily and quickly
disconnected from the mains in an emergency.
• Never make any technical changes to the
device.
• Damaged connection cables cannot be re-
placed. Dispose of the device.
Preventing material damage
• Do not bend or crush the mains connection
cable.
• Only use original spare parts and accessories.
Note the symbols on the device
Do not dispose of the device with house-
hold waste; send for recycling.
Protection class II: Metal parts which can
lead to voltage failure are insulated.
Intended for indoor use only.

INTENDED USE
Only use WP 300 / WP 600 / WP 1000
• for water circulation in aquariums,
• in indoor areas,
• for private use,
• in line with the technical data,
• at water temperatures of +4 °C ... +35 °C.
SET-UP
1. Fig. B: Fix the suction cups to the underside of
the pump body and pump housing.
2. Fig. C: Fix the water pump to the aquarium wall
or bottom beneath the surface of the water with
the suction cups.
INITIAL USE
1. Fig. D: Use the flow regulator to adjust to the
desired water flow.
2. Fig. E: Form a "drip loop" with the mains cable
below the socket. This prevents water from
running along the cable into the socket.
3. To switch ON the water pump: insert the power
supply plug in the socket.
4. To switch OFF the water pump: pull out the plug.

MAINTENANCE
Clean the water pump/replace the impeller
NOTE
Do not use chemical cleaning agents as these
can be harmful to your plants and the environ-
ment.
• Only use clean water or special cleaning
products for aquaria.
The water pump must be cleaned regularly. Pull
out the plug and remove the water pump from
the aquarium. If the impeller in the pump is worn,
replace it.

1. Remove the pump housing from the motor body.
2. Remove the impeller and clean it with a soft
brush or replace it.
3. Perform the procedure in reverse order to
reassemble the water pump.

If you are unable to rectify any faults yourself,

Service.

DISPOSAL
The WP 300 / WP 600 / WP 1000 contains
electronic components and cannot be disposed of
with standard household waste.
• Dispose of the device using the return system
for your area so that the raw materials can be
recycled.
• Cut o all cables prior to disposal to prevent the
device from being used.

Gefahrensituationen für Personen vermeiden

• Schließen Sie WP 300 / WP 600 / WP 1000 nur
ans Netz an, wenn die örtliche Versorgungs-
spannung mit den Angaben in den Technischen
Daten übereinstimmt.
• Schützen Sie den Netzstecker vor Feuchtigkeit.
• Trennen Sie die Wasserpumpe immer vom Netz,
bevor Sie sie reinigen oder Wartungsarbeiten
durchführen.
• Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit Kleinteilen spielen.
Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
• Der Netzstecker muss frei zugänglich sein,
damit Sie die Wasserpumpe im Notfall einfach
und schnell vom Stromnetz trennen können.
• Nehmen Sie niemals technische Änderungen
am Gerät vor.
• Eine beschädigte Anschlussleitung kann nicht
ersetzt werden. Gerät entsorgen.
Sachschäden vermeiden
• Knicken oder quetschen Sie nicht die Netzan-
schlussleitung.
