More then one hose connected on a same port means the presence of an external Tee.
Any kit connected to the main controller needs the corresponding computer set up.
Refer to SIS for any specification

Scope of the manual
This instruction manual is part of the system and it provides all the necessary information to:
•manipulation of the system, packed and unpacked in safety conditions
•correct assem ly of the system
•thorough knowledge of its operation and its limits;
According to the current regulations, the responsible of the depart ents where this syste
will be asse bled ust read carefully the content of this instruction anual and ake sure
that the e ployees read it.
Ti e spent for this purpose will be rewarded by the correct functioning of the syste and by
its use in safety conditions.
This document assumes that the plants where this system will e set comply with the current safety
regulations and hygiene conditions.
Instructions, drawings and documentation contained in this manual are reserved and intellectual
property of the manufacturer, and they cannot e fully or partially reproduced.
If the manufacturer made any change in this manual, the customer must verify that only updated
versions of it would e present in site where the system is used.

How to read the manual
Manual is divided into autonomous chapters, and it is addressed to assem lers with the necessary
skills to operate on the system in safety conditions.
The instruction manual is composed y a cover, a ta le of contents and a series of chapters
(sections).

Preservation of the manual
Instruction manual should e carefully preserved and it has to accompany the system in every
change of ownership. Preservation should e facilitated y a careful handling, with clean hands and
it shouldn't e put on dirty surfaces.
You don't have to eliminate, tear or change any part. Manual has to e filed in an environment
without humidity and heat and near the system it refers to.
Manufacturer can supply further copies of the instruction manual on demand of the User.
Update of the manual
Manufacturer has the right to modify and make improvements to the system without
communicating it to the customers, and without updating the manual already in hands of the user.
Moreover, the manufactures has to send the updated manual for any agreed change of the system at
the customer's site.
User is responsi le for changing the old chapters, the cover and the ta le of contents with the new
ones in every owned copy.
Addressees
This manual addresses to the operator, the assem ler and the maintenance technicians.
OPERATOR: one or more people that assem ly or do the maintenance of a system;
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL OR OPERATOR: people that attended specialization courses and
that have experience in assem ly and maintenance of the system.
Qualification of addressees
The system is intended for industrial and therefore professional use, so its use is addressed to
qualified technicians that:
•are of age;
•are physically and psychically apt to do technically difficult jo s;
•have een properly instructed on use and maintenance of the system;
•are judged y the employer as suita le to do the designed jo ;
•have the skill of assem ly and operating the specific type of equipment;
•have familiarity with the specific regulations of the matter.

Any reference to CAT pict or documentation has to e considered as an indication only.
Carefully follow this anual to install the syste on the host achine

Be sure to have understood the installation manual efore the installation of the system.
Dou le check each hydraulic installation efore operate the system.

1. Using the provided clamps, olts and washers, install the tu e 253-6453 with valve 389-2407 on the stick (Lh
side), then connect the hose 253-6558 to the tu e just installed
2. Using the provided clamps, olts and washers, install the tu e 253-6454 with valve 389-2407 on the stick (Rh
side), then connect the hose 253-6562 to the tu e 253-6458

3. Using the provided olts and washers, install the plates 517-4239 and 262-3522 on the oom
4. Install the plates 153-8798 as indicated on SIS page
5. Using the provided clamps, olts and washers, install the Rh line 556-1397 plus 556-1398 on the Rh side of the
oom
6. Connect the hose 356-8077 to the Rh line, rear side
7. Using the provided clamps, olts and washers, install the Lh line 556-1395 plus 556-1396 on the Lh side of the
oom
8. Connect the hose 282-5760 to the Lh line, rear side
9. Connect the oom tu es to the stick hoses
