To minimize damage to the unit hou ing, it i recommended that the crate not be removed until the unit
i moved to it final location.
The following hould be con idered when placing the unit:
A. The conden er coil (air inlet) hould not be located o a to re trict air flow into the coil. A
minimum of 12" i required (18" i preferred) between the face of the coil and a wall or other
vertical ob truction.
B. A minimum of 6" i required on the ide to allow acce to the hou ing clamp .
C. A minimum of 24" i required on the louvered end ( air outlet) for clearance when opening
hou ing and for ea e of maintenance.
D. Do not po ition multiple unit o that the air di charge of one i into the conden er air intake of
another.
Hole are provided in the ba e upport for mounting bolt and for bridle lift rod .
For indoor mounting, motor room hould be provided with fan de igned to move 1000 cfm of air per
ton of refrigeration.
