DESCRIPTION

The following product described below is an electric toothbrush with a sonic vibraon

for dental hygiene, with a recharging inducon base, 4 toothbrush heads and 1 bristles

cover included.

NON INTENDED USES

Not intended for use other than those described under DESCRIPTION. It is prohibited:

• The use of the product with an improper voltage supply that is not its own.

• The use of the product other than those indicated.

• To make any modicaon to the product.

HAZARD RISKS

• All modicaons to the toothbrush are prohibited. Manufacturer and distributors shall

not be held responsible of any type of danger inicted upon people, animals or things

caused by the use of an inappropriate modicaon to the toothbrush by unauthorized

personnel.

• Carefully conserve the present manual, for a correct and proper use of the product.

• In any case where the toothbrush presents structural damage such as protruding parts

or sharp edges from an accidental fall making it dangerous, immediately contact an autho-

rized customer assistance and follow their indicaons.

• Do not wet the electrical connecons with water or any other liquid (plug).

• It is necessary to follow the maintenance as described in the manual.

• Maintenance must be done following the manual instrucons.

• If tampering with any electrical parts, assure that they are not under electric voltage.

• Handle wires and plugs with dry hands.

HANDLING

It is advised to keep in mind some aspects before proceeding with the handling and use of

the toothbrush. In parcular the following:

• The base of the charger must be placed in a posion where it will not be in contact with

vapor, water or any other liquids. Do not place it near the tub or on the wash basin.

• Place it on an open space.

• The room temperature for the storage of the toothbrush must be between 0°C and +40°C

• The toothbrush should be used at a room temperature between 0°C and +40°C

• Humidity condions should be between 45% and 95%.

• The toothbrush can only be used indoors in order to respect the indicated factors above.

• Do not place the base of the charger near a television, monitor, computer, cell phones,

magnec bands /discs, appliances/medical devices etc.

• People with a pacemaker must not use this device unless authorized by a doctor.

POSITIONING OF THE BASE

The socket that you use for the plug of the base for the toothbrush should follow all regu-

laons including an automac reset switch and a ground line.

If the charge, use and / or maintenance of the toothbrush are not in compliance with these

regulaons there may be an abnormal malfuncon while in use, and create safety hazards.

Any inappropriate use and maintenance will invalidate the terms of the warranty.

Before using the toothbrush in any way, completely remove any eventual protecon from

dust, humidity or any other packaging material.

• Use the product only with original base charger.

• Keep the product, parcularly the wire, away from heat sources.

• If the wire is damaged, do not try to repair it, it must be substuted and you must su-

spend the use of the product.

Verify that all the parts of the toothbrush and its accessories do not present physical dama-

ge as a result of an impact, tears or abrasions.

Check in parcular :

• That there are no dents , indicang damage during delivery and its normal use.

• Verify that water has not entered , humidity or the formaon of condensaon . In any of

these situaons you must wait 30 minutes before following any operaons.

The illuminaon system (natural or / arcial ) in the locaon of the base and use of the

toothbrush should secure the following minimum value of illuminaon: 200 lux.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

You must completely charge the baery before its rst use or if you do not use the tooth-

brush for more than 3 months. 24 hours would be necessary for a complete charge which

would allow for a normal use of about 1 month (or 180 minutes of connuous use).

• Do not plug in the base of the charger if not completely dry.

• Once you have placed the base of the charger on a surface that can support the weight,

plug it into the socket , paying parcular aenon that the wire is not pulling or that

there aren’t obstacles which could risk damaging the wire (g.1).

• Make sure you have turned o the toothbrush before charging.

• At this point, to charge the toothbrush you can simply just place it on the base of the

charger (g. 1).

• The ashing light indicator will turn on while in the process of charging (g. 1).

• Once the charge is complete the light will stop ashing and remain always on.

• You can now remove the toothbrush from the base and use it.

WARNING:

• Remove the base of the plug by pulling the plug and not the wire.

• Do not connect or disconnect the plug with wet hands.

USE

WARNING:

• This product is not intended for use by children or persons with limited physical, sensory

or mental capabilies unless supplied with adequate assistance.

• Not indicated for children under 5 years old.

• If the toothbrush should fall, remove and insert the head on the handle again.

• If the toothbrush should be used with a toothpaste containing peroxide, soda or other

bicarbonate, carefully clean the head and handle to avoid damaging the plasc parts.

• Aer any dental or gum intervenon or the presence of any type of oral disturbances,

contact your denst before using the product.

• Do not use in case of open wounds on your tongue.

• Contact your denst in the case of any pain or if the product is creang excessive bleeding

or if you noce small amounts of bleeding aer a week of use.

• Consult your doctor for any further doubts concerning the use of the product.

• Do not use in the case of any serious eye diseases, renopathy or detachment of the rena.

• The product has a waterproof handle, but does not mean it can be used under water.

• Do not use in the case of a malfuncon.

SOLUTIONS FOR OTHER POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

Should you experience unexpected anomalies of electromagnec nature aer you have

charged or turned on the toothbrush, such as inability to communicate by phone or

smartphone, follow these steps:

1. Turn it o.

2. Immediately contact the technical assistance.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• When the baery is charged, place the toothbrush head on the handle and apply the

toothpaste (g.2 - Warning: it is normal that there is a slight distance between the head

and the handle).

• To avoid splashes, place the head on the teeth before turning the toothbrush on or o.

• Press the on buon to turn on.

• Use modes – This toothbrush oers many dierent modalies for brushing of every need:

• Clean – for an exceponal cleaning of the teeth;

• White –removes supercial stains , bacteria and microscopic plaque;

• Polish – removes twice more plaque;

• Massage – A delicate smulaon of the gums, repeve vibraon cycle

from strong to weak;

• Sensive – Accurate but delicate cleaning for sensive areas;

• Once you switch it on, if you press the buon again within 5 seconds (during this interval,

the baery light indicator will remain on), modalies can be changed ll you shut it o.

• If you press the on buon aer 5 seconds (when the baery light is o) The toothbrush

will turn o.

• The toothbrush can be turned on with the last modality mode.

• Brushing:

• To obtain best results, direct the brush head along the gum line at a 45 degree angle

(g.3).

• Now applying a light pressure, slowly move upward and downward.

• Brushing one or two teeth at a me, holding the brush head in place for a few seconds

against each tooth.

• Quad Timer: there is a brief interrupon of the vibraon every 30 seconds as a reminder

to proceed to the cleaning of the next quadrant of the mouth (g. 4).

• Auto Timer: The toothbrush will automacally turn o aer 2 minutes of funcon.

TOOTHBRUSH CLEANING AFTER USE

At the end of each use it is necessary to clean the brush from any eventual accumulaon of

residue or toothpaste which could deposit on the outer part or on the bristles of the head.

For a correct cleaning you can rub the parts with your nger under a stream of water. Do

not immerse the toothbrush in water to clean it . It is advised to remove the head from the

handle and rinse it under a jet of water.

MAINTENANCE

Any type of cleaning or physical maintenance, must always be done with the product re-

moved from the base of the charger. In order to follow such procedures, strictly follow the

instrucons wrien in this manual.

The illuminaon system (natural or arcial) in the area where you are eecng mainte-

nance must assure the following minimum value of illuminaon : 200 lux.

Ordinary maintenance

It is necessary to periodically replace the head of the toothbrush, which is a component of

the toothbrush subject to wear. We suggest substung it every 3 months and every me

it may result damaged or worn.

Clean the base of the charger periodically with a dry cloth, only once you have unplugged it.

Special maintenance

Special maintenance is required in case of malfuncons or breaking, an unexpected acci-

dent or inappropriate use of the product.

Issues that can arise from me to me that are completely unpredictable and therefore it

is not possible to describe appropriate intervenon procedures for all.

If necessary, consult the technical service of the manufacturer to receive instrucons that

are appropriate to the situaon.

DISPOSAL

The possibility of reusing any parts of the product is subordinated to the complete respon-

sibility of the user.

On the label you will nd the symbol indicated by the legislave Decree n.49 of

March 14 2014 acknowledging the regulaon 2012/19/UE, which indicates the

necessity to dispose the product in the dierenated waste disposal, specically

in the electric and electronic waste bin.

WARRANTY

Normal warranty applies only if the product has been used in correct condions.

Excluding intervenons of maintenance described in the secon MAINTENANCE and fol-

lowed by the procedure indicated, any repair or modicaon made to the product by the

user of by unauthorized companies will cause the warranty to lapse.

The warranty does not extend to damages caused by inexperience or negligence in the use

of this product, or by poor or neglect maintenance.

The warranty is valid for a period of 12 or 24 months depending upon the buyer (juridical

or private).

The manufacturer assumes responsibility to replace at its discreon the parts malfunco-

ning or incorrectly manufactured, only aer checked carefully and evidence of poor con-

strucon.

The cost of transport and/or shipment are always charged to the buyer in case of incorrect

use of the terms of guarantee.

During the warranty period the components replaced become property of the manufactu-

rer.

The warranty does not over damages deriving from excessive stress, such as the use of the

product aer the detecon of an anomaly, the use of unsuitable operang methods and

the failure to observe the instrucons for use and maintenance.

The manufacturer does not assume responsibility for eventual dicules that may arise

in resale or use abroad due to the provisions in force in the country where the product

was sold.

A faulty product must be returned to the manufacturer to resolve the problem, in case of

the contrary the part replaced will be debited to the buyer.

Authorized assistance for any problem will be followed out by the manufacturer directly,

Water Powered srl or a technician authorized by the said company.
