3レンズがしっかりと差し込まれたことを確認し、レンズ固定リン

グを時計方向に回す。

4レンズコネクターを差し込む。

取り付けが終わったら、レンズカバーを元通り取り付けてくださ

い。

レンズを取り付ける

別売りのレンズを取り付けます。本機に取り付け可能なレンズは以

下の3種類です。

･標準焦点1.5倍ズームレンズVPDL-ZP50

･長焦点2倍ズームレンズVPDL-ZP80

･短焦点固定レンズVPDL-FP30

以下の手順で行ってください。

1レンズカバーのネジをプラスドライバーでゆるめ、

レンズカバーをはずす。

2レンズの凸部分（3箇所）をレンズ固定リングの凹部分

に合わせ、レンズを本機前方からゆっくりと差し込む。

ランプを交換する

5ランプ固定用のバーをはずす。

ランプの交換方法

別売りの交換ランプPK-PJ1800をお使いください。

1コントロールパネルまたはリモコンのPOWEROFFキーを押し

て電源を切り、約15分間待つ。

2POWERインジケーターが点滅し終わったら、BREAKERON/

OFFスイッチで主電源を切り、ランプが冷えるまで約30分間

待つ。

3後面のランプカバーのネジをコインなどで左に90度回転させ、

ランプカバーをはずす。

4ランプ交換用の内部扉のネジをプラスドライバーで回し、扉を

開ける。

6ランプをゆっくりと取り出し新しいランプと交換する。

交換が終わったら手順5から手順3を逆にたどって元どおりに

してください。

7BREAKERON/OFFスイッチで主電源を入れ、プロジェク

ターをスタンバイ状態にする。プロジェクター後面のコントロー

ルパネルのキーを以下の順でそれぞれ5秒以内に押す。

LIGHTキー、Bキー、bキー、ENTERキー

ご注意

1.ランプの内部には触れないようにしてください。

2.ランプが確実に装着されていないと、電源が入りません。

3.ランプ交換用の内部扉が確実に閉まっていないと電源が入りま

せん。

ランプ後方のチップオフをニッパーなどではさみ、ガスが抜ける音

が確認できるまで回転させながら切り込みを入れてください。必ず

ガスを抜いたあとでランプを廃棄してください。

インテグレータ位置調整

1セットを図1の投射条件を満足する作業台に設置する。

VPDL-ZP50標準焦点1.5倍ズーム装着時:

ご注意

1. ランプ位置のマーキングは必ず行ってください。

2. ランプ交換用内部扉を閉じてください。

3POWERをオンにする。

4コントロールパネル (又はリモコン) のENTER→ENTER→>

→.→ENTERキーでサービスマンモードにする。

5PATTERNキーを数回押してクロスハッチ信号を選択し、受像

する。

6スクリーン上にクロスハッチが見えることを確認する。

見えない時はインテグレータを上下、左右に動かして見えるよ

うにします。(図3参照)

2インテグレータを交換した場合は、ランプの輝度を落すため、

ランプ位置 (X軸方向)をマーキングしてからX1-X4を緩め、X

軸を回して最も低い位置に設置する。(図2参照)

7コントロールパネル(又はリモコン)のZOOM+キーで画角を最

大にし、FOCUS＋/−キーでピントを合わせる。

8PATTERNキーを押して、全白信号を受像する。

9インテグレータを上下方向 (X軸) に動かし、最も低い位置で

仮止めする。

明るい部分は左へ動きます。(図4、5参照)

インテグレータを左右方向 (Y軸) に動かし、最も左の位置で

仮止めする。

明るい部分は下へ動きます。(図4、5参照)

ご注意

インテグレータを上下方向に動かすと投影像は左右に動き、インテ

グレータを左右方向に動かすと投影像は上下に動きます。(図5参

照)

インテグレータを前後方向 (Z軸) に動かし、投影像の明るい

部分の右上の角が最もはっきり見える位置で固定する。(図4、

5参照)

インテグレータを左右方向 (Y軸) に動かし、インテグレータの

投影像(スクリーン上の明るい部分で上下に動く)の上下の境

界線が画面の中に入らない位置で固定する。(図4、5参照)

インテグレータを上下方向 (X軸) に動かし、インテグレータの

投影像(スクリーン上の明るい部分で左右に動く)の左右の境

界線が画面の中に入らない位置で固定する。(図4、5参照)

インテグレータを交換した場合は、ランプの位置を手順 2 で

マーキングした位置に戻す。(X軸を回しマーキング位置に戻

し、X1-X4を固定して輝度を復帰させる。)

ENTER→ENTER→>→.→ENTERキーを押して、サービ

スマンモードを解除する。

ご注意

X、Y、Z軸の調整方法

(マイナスドライバ (長いもの)、L型六角レンチ (M4用)

で行ってください。)

X軸を調整する時 :X1、X2、X3、X4 (六角穴付ボルト)

を緩める→X 軸を回す

→X1、X2、X3、X4を締める。

Y軸を調整する時 :Y1、Y2 (マイナスドライバ) を緩め

る→Y軸を回す→Y1、Y2を締める。

Z軸を調整する時 :Z1、Z2 (マイナスドライバ) を緩める

→Z 軸を回す→Z1、Z2を締める。

以下のエラーコードが後面のエラーコード表示部に出ます。エラーコードの意味を以下の表で確認してください。

10、11、12、13 ファンが回っていない。お買い上げ店にご相談ください。

20 ランプが故障した。（ランプが点灯しない）お買い上げ店にご相談ください。

21 ランプが入っていない。お買い上げ店にご相談ください。

22 ランプの冷却ファンが故障した。お買い上げ店にご相談ください。

23 ランプ電源が高温になっている。周囲の温度が本機の使用温度範囲（10〜35℃）になる

ように、室温を調整してください。通風口をふさがないよ

うにして、約一時間そのままにしておくと温度が下がりま

す。室温を調整してもランプが点灯しない場合は、お買

い上げ店にご相談ください。

24 ランプハウジングが高温になっている。周囲の温度が本機の使用温度範囲（10〜35℃）になる

ように、室温を調整してください。通風口をふさがないよ

うにして、約一時間そのままにしておくと温度が下がりま

す。室温を調整してもランプが点灯しない場合は、お買

い上げ店にご相談ください。

27 周囲の温度が高い。周囲の温度が本機の使用温度範囲（10〜35℃）になる

ように、室温を調整してください。（周囲温度が高いと映

像が映らなくなる場合があります。）

75 周囲の温度が低い。周囲の温度が本機の使用温度範囲（10〜35℃）になる

ように、ランプを点灯させて本体内部の温度を高めるな

ど、温度調整してください。

1A 前面レンズカバーが開いている。レンズカバーをしっかりとはめてください。

1B 後部ランプカバーが開いている。ランプ交換用の内部扉をしっかりとはめてください。

上記以外の表示お買い上げ店にご相談ください。

Attach the optional lens. You can attach the following

3 types of lenses.

•VPDL-ZP50 1.5 times zoom standard focus lens

•VPDL-ZP80 2 times zoom long focus lens

•VPDL-FP30 fixed short focus lens

Follow the procedure below.

1Using a cross-head screwdriver, loosen the screws

on the lens cover to detach the cover.

3Make sure that the lens is inserted into position,

and then turn the lens fixing ring clockwise.

2Align the mark (white line) on the lens fixing ring

with the mark at upper right on the lens mount.

Then, insert the lens carefully while aligning the 3

projections of the lens with the 3 dents of the lens

fixing ring respectively.

4Connect the lens connector securely.

After attaching the lens, replace the lens cover.

Replacing the Lamp

Replacing Procedure

When replacing the lamp, use the PK-PJ1800 Projector

Lamp (not supplied).

Follow the procedure below.

1Turn the power off by pressing the POWER OFF

key on the control panel or the Remote

Commander, then wait for about 15 minutes.

2After the POWER indicator stops flashing, turn the

main power off with the BREAKER ON/OFF

switch and wait for about 30 minutes until the

lamp cools down.

3Turn the screw on the lamp cover

counterclockwise 90 degrees to detach the cover.

5Detach the lamp fixing bars.

6Detach the lamp carefully, and install a new one.

4Using a screwdriver, loosen the screw on the

internal lamp cover, and open the cover.

After replacing the lamp, follow steps 3 to 5 in the

reverse order.

7Set the BREAKER ON/OFF switch to ON. While

the projector is in the standby mode, press the keys

on the control panel on the rear of the projector in

the following order within 5 seconds each:

LIGHT key, Bkey, bkey, ENTER key.

Notes

1. Do not touch the inside of the lamp.

2. Power may not turn on if the lamp is not attached

correctly.

3. Power may not turn on if the internal lamp cover is

not closed firmly.
