4. What to expect when using your Solio Alfa+
If you follow the instructions fully and pay attention to all warnings and contraindications,
complications and side eects are uncommon. However every energy-based therapy
device, including those designed for home use, involves some degree of risk. Therefore it is
important that you understand and accept the risks and complications that may occur.
During a treatment session it is normal to experience or feel:
Ua sensation of warmth: This is typical when using the device in 'default
mode' (the 3 indicator lights are on). The sensation should disappear by the
end of the treatment, or within an hour. If the sensation is uncomfortable for
you, continue the treatment using the setting with 2 indicator lights (refer to
the section 5.2 Treatment modes).
Unothing at all: This is typical when using the device in 'inammation mode'
(just 1 indicator light is on). Don't worry! The device still emits pain relief
energy, even though you don't feel any warmth.
Usome redness: It is not uncommon to see some mild, pink-like skin
colouration during or just after a treatment. Again, this is normal and should
fade within an hour or two.
Uslight swelling in the treated area: This should also disappear within an
hour or two.
EStop use immediately if any of these eects are more severe.
ESee your doctor if the eects do not go away within 2 to 3 days.
