MILKING DURATION
Milking duration may change according to cow to cow and takes 47 minute’s
average. Finish of milking process may observe on milk claws or transparent milk
hoses. Milking process should be finished if there is no milk in milk hoses. Pull
down milk claw wing and remove milking cluster slowly. Pull down and up milk
claw wing a few times for removing remain milk in milk claw or hoses.
ATTENTION!
Do not leave milking area while milking process.
Start cleaning process after finished milking process.
Following points on vacuum pump and system must be controlled before milking
process.
Be sure that vacuum regulator sucks air.
Check system for vacuum leak.
Check vacuum gauge that pointer reach blue area. (44 kPa) Check exhaust if
pointer may not reach blue area.
AFTER EACH MILKING PROCESS
Check vacuum flowing valve under horizontal, cylindrical vacuum tank and
clean vacuum than search cause of happening if there is milk in.
Check vacuum pump spinning direction. Check valve is out of order if spinning
reverse. Change check valve.
Check oil container, fill in if necessary.
Contact service or authorized seller if pump over heat or exhaust throw away
over oil.
