necessario veriﬁcarne il buono stato, in

rispetto alla direttiva macchine e alla

conformità EN 12604.

- Controllare che la locazione in cui è si-

tuata l’installazione consenta il rispet-

quindi cura dell’installatore prevedere

nell’impianto un dispositivo di sezio-

namento. È necessario installare un

interruttore omnipolare con categoria

III di sovratensione. Esso deve essere

posizionato in modo da essere protet-

to contro le richiusure accidentali se-

condo quanto previsto al punto 5.2.9

della EN 12453.

- Per i cavi di alimentazione si raccoman-

da di utilizzare cavi ﬂessibili sotto guai-

na isolante in policloroprene di tipo

armonizzato (H05RN-F) con sezione mi-

nima dei conduttori pari a 1mm2.

- Il cablaggio dei vari componenti elettri-

ci esterni alla centralina deve essere ef-

fettuato secondo quanto prescritto dalla

normativa EN 60204-1 e dalle modiﬁche

a questa apportata dal punto 5.2.7 della

EN 12453. I cavi di alimentazione posso-

no avere un diametro massimo di 14 mm.

Il ﬁssaggio dei cavi di alimentazione e di

collegamento, deve essere garantito tra-

mite l’assemblaggio di pressacavi for-

nibili “optional”. Prestare attenzione a

ﬁssare i cavi in modo che siano ancora-

ti in modo stabile. Fare attenzione inoltre,

in fase di foratura dell’involucro esterno

per far passare cavi di alimentazione e

di collegamento, e di assemblaggio dei

pressacavi, ad installare il tutto in modo

da mantenere il più possibile inalterate

le caratteristiche di grado IP della scatola.

- L’eventuale montaggio di una pulsantie-

ra per il comando manuale deve essere

fatto posizionando la pulsantiera in mo-

do che l’utente non venga a trovarsi in

posizione pericolosa.

-Before gate automation, it is necessary

to check the good condition of the gate

and its compliance with EN 12604 with

respect to directive on machines.

- Check that the location where the in-

stallation is located enables compli-

ance with operating temperature limits

speciﬁed for the device.

- The safety of the ﬁnal installation and

compliance with all prescribed Stand-

ards (EN 12453 - EN 12445) is the

responsibility of the person who as-

sembles the various parts to construct

a total closing.

- Once installation is ﬁnished, it is rec-

ommended that all necessary checks be

performed to ensure that compliant in-

stallation has been performed.

- The control unit is not equipped with

230 Vac electric line sectioning device.

The installer is responsible for install-

ing a sectioning device in the system.

The sectioning device must be protected

against accidental closing in compliance

with 5.2.9 section of EN 12453.

- For the power supply cables, use ﬂex-

ible cables in an insulating sheath in

harmonised polychloroprene (H05RN-F)

with a minimum conductor section of

1mm2.

- The various electrical components ex-

ternal to the control unit must be cabled

in accordance with standard EN 60204-1

as amended, and as set forth in point

5.2.7 of EN 12453. The power supply ca-

bles can have a maximum diameter of

14 mm; the power supply and connect-

ing cables must be set up through the

assembly of cable glands, supplied as

“optional”. Pay careful attention when

fastening the cables so that they are

stably anchored in a stable manner. Fur-

thermore, care is required when drilling

holes in the outside casing where con-

necting and power supply cables will

pass, and when assembling the cable

glands, so that everything is installed so

as to maintain the panel’s IP protection

characteristics.
