Lieferbar sind leere Magazine Nr. 60100, sowie zugeschnittene Streifen Aderend-
hülsen Nr. 60110 - 60127. Die Verwendung vergleichbarer handelsüblicher Streifenware
anderer Hersteller ist möglich.
Available are empty magazines no. 60100 and pre-cut terminal strips
no. 60110 - 60175. The use of comparable terminal strips oered by other manufacturers
is possible.

QUADRO Plus
Beispielhafte Integration von vier Funktionen:
Schneiden – Abisolieren – Verdrillen – Crimpen.
Mit Zwangssperre zur Sicherstellung einer gleichmäßigen und hochvertigen Ver-
pressung, durch Endpositionkontrolle des Crimpstempels. Schnelles Nachladen der
Bandware in wenigen Sekunden. Durch einfachen Magazinwechsel wird rationelles
Arbeiten gewährleistet.

Die QUADRO Plus mit 3 Magazinen und Aderendhülsen 0,5 / 0,75 / 1,0 / 1,5 und 2,5
mm² im Koer.
QUADRO Plus
The unmatched integration of four dierent functions:
Cutting – insulation stripping – twisting – crimping. With integrated locking me-
chanism to ensure an even, high-quality pressing through an end point check of
the crimp stamp. The quick reloading of connector sleeves by switching magazines
enables fast and ecient work. Magazines can be used for all standard end sleeves
strips 0.5 - 2.5 mm² available in electrical wholesale.

Crimpen I Crimping
1. Crimpvorrichtung an Leiterquerschnitt anpassen:
Querschnitt 0,50 + 0,75 mm = Stellschraube nach rechts drehen.
Querschnitt 1,00, 1,50 + 2,50 mm = Stellschraube nach links drehen.
1. Adjust crimping device to conductor cross section:
0,50 + 0,75 mm = turn adjustment wheel to the right.
1,00, 1,50 + 2,50 mm = turn adjustment wheel to the left.
2. Verdrilltes Litzenende komplett in erste Aderendhülse einlegen und Hülsenstreifen mit dem Draht in
die Crimpposition ovorschieben.
2. Introduce twisted conductor end into rst sleeve in magazine and push the sleeve strip into the crim-
ping position o.
3. Leiter möglichst gerade in der Hülse halten und Zangengrie zudrücken, bis die Zwangssperre aus-
löst und sich die Grie wieder önen. Leiter mit vercrimpter Aderendhülse
entnehmen.
3. Keep conductor as straight as possible inside sleeve. Press pliers handles until the pressure lock relea-
ses and the pliers handles open again. Take crimped wire out of tool.
Leiter schneiden
Flexible Leiter 0,50 - 2,50 mm in Drahtschneider einlegen und Zangengrie zudrücken.
Magazinwechsel
Die Magazine können in Sekunden gewechselt werden. Herausnehmen: aus Haltefeder herausziehen.
Einsetzen: Vorne in Crimpposition einschieben und in Haltefeder einrasten.
Neue Streifenware in herausgenommenes Magazin einlegen, dazu Klarsichtdeckel önen.

Change of magazine
The change of the magazines is a matter of seconds. Pull o from holding spring resp. insert again with light pressu-
re. New terminal stripware to be inserted into magazine after opening plastic lid.

Abisolieren
Flexiblen Leiter in Abisoliervorrichtung bis zum Anschlag einführen, Zangengrie zudrücken. Die Abisolierbacken stellen
sich automatisch auf den Leiterquerschnitt ein. Die Isolation wird getrennt und ein Stück zurückgezogen. Abschnitt nicht
vollständig entfernen. Zangengrie lösen.
Wire Stripping
Insert exible wire into stripping device until length stop. Close pliers handles. The stripping device adjusts automatically,
cuts through the insulation and pulls the cut sleeve end towards the wire end. Do not pull the insulation completely o.
Open pliers handles.
Verdrillen
Das abgetrennte Isolationsende in die Verdrillmulde einlegen, den Leiter festhalten und die Zangengrie zudrücken.
Die Litze wird automatisch verdrillt, danach den Isolationsrest bei geschlossener Zange abziehen. Zangengrie lösen.
Twisting
Place the cut insulation part into the twisting groove and hold the wire rmly by hand. Closing pliers handles, the jaws
twist the wire end. Finally pull the wire o whilst keeping the pliers handles closed. Open handles.

Zwangssperre entriegeln
Die QUADRO Plus ist mit einer Zwangssperre ausgestattet, die eine gleichmäßig hochwertige Verpres-
sung sicherstellt. Sie können die Zwangssperre bei Bedarf manuell entriegeln. Auf der Rückseite der
Zange ist die Stelle zum Lösen mit einem Pfeil gekennzeichnet. Ziehen Sie die Raste mit einem kleinen
Schraubendreher nach unten.
Unlocking the pressure lock
The QUADRO Plus is equipped with a locking mechanism that ensures an even, high-quality pressing. You can
unlock the crimping pliers manually if necessary. The point for unlocking is marked with an arrow on the back side
of the tool. Use a small screwdriver to press the catch downwards.
